I just read Brewdog's blog about craft beer vs 'real ale' and your brewery is mentioned. I definitely think I need to take the 2hr train ride to London to try it out!

Hello! ....is it better to use hop leaf insted of hop pellet and if yes why ? and what about hop extracts that is more concentrated and you have to use much less from it a I know , or ..... I don't know

Just had a Centennial-Simcoe Pale Ale this evening. Amazing hop character, but it came through as vegetal in the flavour and not enough balancing sweetness for my taste. Always happy to support to small brewers though, what's the draught situation?
