I cannot believe our professor required our class to watch this video (9 years later) then write a 500 word paper on the content learned from the video in 2023.
Of course there are things that happened less than 10 years ago that are still fundamentally important or relevant today. What about the distinction between management and leadership shared here do you disagree with?
Dr. Kotter, I enjoy all your lectures it’s all very informative. This video is great with effective leadership delegation. Perhaps you could go more in depth with directive delegation topic?
May I understand the last 2 mins talking... a person good at leadership deal with management issue, will bring trouble and would not work effectively? I assume that this would more clear
