It irritates me as well when people give workers attitude when they are already stressed and short staffed. Life is already hard enough with inflation covid and e.t.c. We gotta be nice to people no matter the season. You never know what people are going through. ❤
I know right what is sad. Everyone seems do anything but that fit to them u know what I meant it obviously its their fault. If don't like doing it then why doing it? U know what I mean?
@Life With Lei Walmart for not thinking about curbside need helps so they need to add lot of seasonal workers but Spark need to chill with opening app cuz it gonna hurt us eventually maybe next year due to oversatured of drivers.
You are already winning with that attitude. The employees at my store usually take care of me because I always get out to help and I am always nice to them. If they are busy I tell them I will load it myself so they can help others and I put their carts by the door. Those walmart employees are treated like shit daily, it's not right.
The Drivers do have a right to get attitude tho cause the store should have their stuff together. Also we can’t just leave. That’s money right there and sometimes it be slow. Plus Spark be messing up giving phantom orders. Stressed and short staff is no excuse. Get the staff! Be organized! 😂. Edit: Just an update. I just waited an hour and the store themselves canceled because they were backed up. I had already called and confirmed my spot. Talked about heated…. I’m pissed.

I talked to support the other day. When you drop orders that counts against you. They said if you call them instead and they cancel the order for you (instead of you just dropping it) then it doesn't go against you. Enjoy your videos 🙂

Hi I’m a new subscriber.. I’ve been sparkin since July this year. I want to share with y’all that a customer’s dog attacked me on Black Friday through my jeans and did damage to my legs . I did have some pepper spray on my belt loop but didn’t think to use it, not sure it would’ve helped though. All I could think of was all summer I was wearing shorts.. if it would have happened while I’m shorts I believe it would’ve been worse. I’ve been to that house before and never knew they had a dog. It was indoors and when I knocked on their door and walked off the deck headed to my car. The lady opened the door and out came her vicious dog.. she said he’s going to bite you.. nothing I could do at that point. She finally got him off me. Please beware of this and how easily it can happen. I really like your channel.
Oh wow sorry that happened and glad you’re safe. I’ve seen a lot of protective dogs just doing what they’re trained to do while delivering. People know they have orders being delivered they should make sure the dogs are locked up during that time.
I enjoy your channel and tips especially Stride and storage bins. I've been doing Spark for about a month. I like batch orders because I like seeing different neighborhoods. They're especially beneficial when experiencing long wait times and/or you don't know what orders may/may not be next. For me, batch orders beat the 40 pack ++ water deliveries...lol. Any ideas on taking runs with high tips, but lower delivery pay? I was thinking of not taking any runs, unless the delivery fee is good, and ignoring the tip all together, because they aren't a sure thing.
Walmart need more organized system to pick up. They have some ppl that 4 of them load 1 car and have attitude that is ridiculous. And some Walmart doesn't have enough associate and they are great worker. Asap or express order take 1 hours to pick up. Doesn't not make sense to direct drivers to the store and wait and wait.
So far spark has been good. I like how the app walk me through the order unlike some apps they just throw you out there and expect you to know what to do.
I know you made this video 8 mos ago, so I hope you see this. I am wondering how you be getting all those offers at once sis? I only receive one offer at a time. However, I am a new driver, could that be the reason?
When we give a thumbs up or down after the delivery the app gives us the option to list the residence as a house or apartment and if there's an access code needed. Then the app starts asking the customer for the code for future deliveries
I was told by the manager at my favorite Walmart store that we should just get used to the long waits & their staff shortage problem. He was told directly from corporate that it’s going to continue like this until Jan next year possibly longer 😳😣

At least ur showing that spark sows the tip into the final pay then when u flip it over it say the tip is pending and then says the tips r not garenteed .spark is giving the right to customers to take back there tips with no reason and they have 24 hours to do this .this shouldn't be tolerated amounts the driver it's not fair nor does spark show to the drivers care .it's the drivers that r pulling out Amazon and spark by not using the mail which was always the problem .I am happy to say the drivers r doing a good job and yet spark finds a way to screw the drivers real nice right? We need to stop 🛑 spark from doing this .Instacart did maybe Instacart cares some than spark does ?
Yep...the long waits keep this job from being profitable. The app is set up very poorly as well. You cannot get someone on the phone when there is a problem...which is like every order. Not impresssed at all with this job.
I am in Eastern PA and Spark is now trying to use Spark Drivers as employees. All the orders I got today and it was my first time were huge like 19 orders for 27 miles. What the heck is that? It was $56 but 19 stops and 27 miles?? I did not take them.
Yeah I wouldn’t have either. I feel like there are so many changes going on with Walmart and we have to adapt frequently to all these changes. Thanks for watching
Sometimes the shop and deliver orders are better than the drop offs. I make more money by not having to wait an hour for a pickup order. On a good day I can complete 2 shop orders in 1.5 hours.

It’s no way to switch but it seems like there are a lot of shop and delivers now so just look for those when orders pop up, it’s not guaranteed that you will get them.
It’s not the worst but I don’t like to do it, sometimes you have a little walk and then have to wait to get buzzed in. I only take apartments if it’s a super small order
I also just need to stay at my favorite walmart and just wait a little bit. Yeah, my ocd would be going off if I saw that. I worked at Kroger clicklist and it was hard some days when we didn't have people show up and I had to do three or four different things at once. It irritates me when people are snooty and waiting. You know that you just want to say, go in and pick out your own stuff! Have a great weekend!
We as drivers can't afford to wait long waits ,u don't have to be ignorant about it ,just leave this is why we can not put all r eggs in one basket 🧺, we multi app
