Great movements! I couldn't agree more with that list. I also noticed training floor L-sits built up my triceps a lot too 💪 Keep up the awesome content guys!
because the more you lean back the more you lengthen the lever between shoulder and wrist. And your triceps has to hold it. In addition the long head pulls over your shoulder, so when you extend your shoulder you contract it too (on straight arms)
Hey Alex and Sven, I've been watching your videos for a while and I just wanted to say you guys are a huge inspiration for me. Your videos are perfect and very professional. What I like the most about you is the fact that you are not arrogant about it
Could you guys do a video on foot health? Barefoot training, walking, balance, running, etc. The pros and cons. As well as covering the use and effects of different shoe types(Boots, Flat shoes, Raised heel, Minimalistic etc.) Thanks, and keep up the great work :)
👍👍👍. Love the clean lines and the picturesque background and cinematography. It makes one feel like being inside a 3D Calisthenicmovement Bodyweight Theatre. A definite plus. ps: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to the camera crew. Keep it up.
Penguin with a gun You have a muscle imbalance between your tri or bi muscles. And/Or it can relate to shoulder or low trap problems. I have had golfers (inner) elbow pain for over a year now, unfortunately my work doesn't give me any rest so it isn't healing. You have a weakness that needs to be addressed, don't procrastinate on this as it will get worse and hinder almost all your workouts.
I know I'm late by 2 years lol but from what I know it could be that that exercise just isn't fit for your body like how I can't do sit-ups because it jacks up my lowerback no matter what I do. It could also be like what the previous commenters said--weaker muscles. You just need to progress into being able to do tricreps extensions. Whichever it is, good luck man!
I feel like people confuse focus with actual work. If you do diamond pushups you will work your chest much more than wide ones. With wide ones the difference is that there is less opportunity for other muscles to help so there is more "focus". But that in my experience isn't useful. Actual use of the muscle is more important
i apreciate your great videos and efforts boys... but you seriously need to teach me how to build up my chicken legs without weights with calistenics only... :D
Thank you!! Just what I needed to see.. all the variations are fantastic! One question.... how far apart are the dip bars? 20" ? .... 24"?? Trying to figure out your form in the vid relative to hand position... thanks!!
When muscles fully contract in intense exercise sessions you can‘t really avoid them. Instead rather view them as a badge of honor for how hard you‘ve been working out and how much muscle size you have gained ;)
gaining muscle can turn into fat if you decide to give up working out and binge eat crap. this back and forth cycle slowly produces stretch marks where the areas of the body was fit and toned.
So what? He is training hard to become stronger and become a better version of himself so why insult him? You have a horrible mindset and with "Minecraft" in my nickname and beeing too afraid to record your own voice in your videos because you probably sound like a squeaky girl I would not be too fast to judge others...
Hago fondos desde q era gordito, hoy día tengo unos tríceps q me encantan. Hagan fondos, es la clave :) y coman bien, si no comen bien no esperen q el músculo crezca
I can do dips, tucked planche pushups, can do L sit and tucked V sit, and can do some perfect form wall handstand pushups (chest to wall), but can’t do tricep extensions… wtf! I feel a lot of pressure in elbows and feels impossible to push using the triceps… HELP!
I personally don't recommend Osvaldos tutorial for the Front Lever because he is teaching you to flex the hip muscles in a compromised position. If you are weak in the lower back, some of the movements he recommends will definitely injure you. You never EVER want to move the hips posterior or anterior while in core demanding exercises like planche and front lever. So check it out for yourself and see what you think. He had some good progressions, but not everything was perfect. I personally like tutorials from Manimal Zyk Pilous And maybe Artem for some exercises. Buy the book Overcoming Gravity by Steven Low and you'll learn so much beyond the front lever and its progressions.
