Powerful message! I was stuck in the spirit of unforgiveness because for a long time I saw my father get away with his actions. I believed my unforgiveness was a way to hold people accountable. Knowing the word of God freed me from that. He says "vengeance is Mine" Once I understood that, I started praying for grace to forgive. I forgave my father but because he was a toxic person, I did not allow him in my space. I have continued to live my life that way and I can testify that I am totally free and walk with so much joy and peace. God doesn't ask of us what we can't do.

When you're married forgiveness is over and over and over again. That's what a marriage is, giving and taking and completing one another in Christ Jesus, as He compliment and fill us. That is what the wedding rings represent, a continual circle! 💍☝🏽🙏🏽

I was hurt so bad by my family I got divorced and I was badly treated I gave my hurt to god and he took me in his arms I find myself to give all of them Thank you Johnathan for a word in season God bless you

Thank you for explaining that it is not because we forgive that there will be automatically a reconciliation. That forgiveness and reconciliation are 2 different things.

For me it's hard to forgive people cause it's hard to forgive myself throughout the years I been on a emotional roller coaster your right I should forgive them more for me cause they don't deserve that power over me that's why this last relationship I was in I know I was handful but I did right and she can't take that from me but I believe that was part of my bad karma I know what it's like to betray a few good people that was in my life made the situation worse but not working things out I know how it feels to be not worthy in someone's life I just want to give my life to God be at peace live my life without a dark cloud over my head

I have this problem with a neighbor who creates problems to my family. We are praying with my wife that God to tie her and keep her away, since he is the justice and revenge for us but this continues struggle creates bitterness in my heart.

Forgiveness is the key to freedom HOWEVER, Jesus also warns us to know people by their fruit and to be shrewd while being gentle and humble. It’s that “don’t get it twisted,” vibe. I love and forgive you in my heart, but must not foolishly allow bad behavior back in. Understanding forgiveness in the context of a clean heart, while maintaining healthy boundaries in wisdom is an example of how we must try not to use grace as an excuse to take advantage of the love of Jesus. God is LOVE but he is also Holy and Mighty.

Bruh THIS WAS ME! I had to let it go! The torture and torments was breaking me. God released me and I keep looking back hoping and praying for reconciliation. 😣

I listened to the video. I heard the reason WHY to forgive. Now tell me what the title says: HOW do I forgive? One key point I noticed is forgiveness is different than reconciliation. Speak more on that please because I need to understand the difference.

Some People Don't really have a hard time from anyone so there is nothing to forgive

So do people then not reap what they sow? Forgive yes and does forgiveness mean there are no repercussions?

Jonathan, what do you do when the person CONTINUES to do things to purposefully hurt you? I am now divorced so my ex weaponizes the unconditional, god-fearing love that I have for our son to torment and worry me.

I think my offense against God will always be greater that what anyone can ever offend me. God has known me all my life, and I have offended Him some, and probably will still offend Him in future; whereas this person has only known me and offended me this one or few times.... So I can never really ever forgive people for me than God has forgiven me...🙏

We might Even need to Forgive a House or some kind of Inanimate object

To whom it may concern I have to forgive you like Christ forgive the people and love on us so I have to love not only love but forgive you as well cuz I'm a child of God now whoever this is be it sister brother-in-law son daughter niece or nephew you have to deal with God yourself and then you have to love yourself and have a personal relationship and let God pull you out of this emotional thing everything that you did to me came back on you so now you have to sit back and pray to God to ask him to release all them demons off you and he's he's a way maker he'll do it but you have to come to him humbly and like I said I love you whoever you are if it's my family I'm always love you but I'm not dealing with too many people in my friends in my circle so I don't know who you are I know people smiling my face but I have to do right you shouldn't really deserve it but I have to do it as God loves the people I have to love you too that's who God made me to be that's why I try to tell you all the stuff that you do to me I'll go through it and you're saying how she making it I'm making it because God is opening up the doors not man I'm open look God has blessed me gave me favor gave me Grace gave me mercy I do nothing but staying on God's word why you sit back and talk about me like a dog sit back and lie on me like a dog do all the things disrupt my life I could have been further but that's okay because you know what the Bible say the last should be first the first should be last in the last should be first so I'm good with it if you are far away from I want nothing to do with you but I do forgive you and I do love you I have to just know I'm not going out my way if I once I find out who this is and know that you going to get yours just know it it's not because I'm saying it I'm telling you with the say the Lord the Bible say you said touch not my anointing and do my profit no harm since I'm profiling I'm profit whatever then you know what you go ahead that's why I said don't watch me watch the hand of God don't say nothing to y'all nothing

I'm forgiven everybody that even tried even the people that live in my place forgiven but I'm not going to fix my place up for what and somebody constantly come in my home for what and I got to deal with a bunch of nut buckets that's coming in and out taking showers in my home and doing whatever else I haven't been up there yet but you know what I'm saying so no this is what I get when I'm ready to move from out of this little hole in a wall then I'll move into my house

You can Forgive someone if it was just Physical and Mental if it was Spiritual like a witchcraft curse You can't just forgive You need Deliverance

And you know what that's why they going to suffer because you know what it's not even me looking for the suffer is when you mess with a child of God and the person is trying to do right and live right by the word of God and you sitting here trying to sit back and chest and chasing someone because you don't know what's going on because you want to know so I let God deal with you I don't hold any my city I don't hold anything against you let it's between you and the Lord but see the Bible tell you be careful of messing with a child of God the Bible says touching that mind and do my prophet no harm all the stuff that you try to tear me down mentally physically emotionally it came right back on you you tore your own self down trying to tell me down think about it it's in the Lord's hands it's not because of me is because what you did to me and I wish you no harm I wish nobody no harm but what goes around comes around I don't have to use witchcraft God is the Lord of The Lord of of more than enough he owns and he know how to do what he needs to do I've been serving and worshiping in the Lord while you're sitting back putting me down making me look like I'm nothing I'm worse than the other so I let God deal with it cuz I knew it was somebody don't know who but let God deal with it cuz when he come honey let him deal with you better for him to deal with you than me
