What a coincidence I just watched this today! I didn't like it as much as you, but I agreed with everything you said and you made me appreciate it more. The Tilda Swinton scene was my favorite part of the movie. The movie reminded me a lot of Fight Club which is fitting. Not my favorite Fincher, that would probably be Social Network which is a boring choice. I haven't rewatched it Gone Girl since it came out but I imagine I would feel the same way as you on a rewatch, I thought it was a pretty perfect movie, but so much of the enjoyment comes from not knowing what's going to happen.
