As someone who has been through therapy for trauma and depression. I was once asked to take medication to "help" calm my reactions. I also work in health insurance and see how much pharmaceutical make from their drugs. I tell you, Do not trust the psych meds. I will tell you 1st hand, I had suicidal thoughts often. I was manic and suffered from panic attacks. When I decided to stop the meds and focus on retraining my mind and God, I have never had that desire again. There is a reason Pharmacia is rebuked in the bible. I have healed a lot better by eating fresh food, talk therapy, strengthening my relationship with God, and cleaning up my environment. I am inclined to side with the lady. The suicide rate here in the US due to these meds is high but they do not tell you that. Medicine is a business, not a healing place.

In my next psychiatry class, I am playing this to my students when teaching them about the dynamics of suicide and homicide Superbly narrated This channel is not only educative but also thrilling.
