@@mariannehutchison5487 The all Signs clearly reads: "DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO TOUCH HORSE FACE AND NOSE" Marianne, are you suggesting if they do, those Children and their parents should be arrested and taken to the Tower of London???🤫
@@gordonnadolni I understand that the horse and rider are there to guard the place from people who want to cause harm. we shouldn't do something that will possibly unsettle a horse
He was probably back by the arches harassing the guards back there like Karen loves to do. If she comes back and does the same as last time, carry her out same way, and arrest her too.
@@ladytamaya4737 Can you imagine it🤣 'You are rude, you are very rude boys, I have done nothing wrong, I love the horses and the horses love me, I am a 'Street Angel!!!🙄🤣
@Gully Fielder you're talking to a bloke that did this 20 years ago, and in all of my 100+ guards, I let the general public pat my horse and even feed them sugar lumps. If they touched the reigns or me, I'd tell them to back off.
I even feel the frustration of what a Kings Gaurd has to put up with each day with tourists and ignorant people !!! Total respect for all the Kings Gaurds and their beautiful horses
@@matthew6994In America it's only done when necessary also. Come back and comment when you get a clue, or know first hand what it feels like to be threatened by someone brandishing a weapon 🔪🔫.
@@A_10_PaAng_111 So shooting an unarmed 12 year old boy with in seconds of arriving is necessary. Come back when you've looked outside your bubble and seen what is really going on.
Dont criticise armed police or soldiers that need to make split second decisions in order to make it home to their families until you have the balls to go and do what they do.
What is wrong with these people? Like working dogs - these are working horses, and you don't mess with them. Obviously besides messing with a royal horse who, like the guard, has to stand there for an hour with nothing to do, except get teased, these people are also illiterate. The parents stand by and encourage them. Sadly even if there was a sign a mile high saying Do Not Touch the Horse, they would ignore it. Poor horse, even when he turns away they won't leave him alone. He should bite them.
Absolutely. Live up to the sign. That'll teach them some respect. I don't know why the police can't just stop it. They don't have much else to do there.
It seems to me that the Guard brought the horse all the way out so that the children could pet him. From what I've seen, the horses are usally inside the arches.
Honestly you are misreading it completely. Horse was enjoying it. Just because WE think you oughta leave a working horse be, doesn't mean the horse thinks so too.
I served in the original Blues and left on Amalgatamation Thank God I did The Household Cavalry have become a public plaything and supporting actors in a Met police production It would never have been allowed to happen in those days
Ha ha. That was the best thing I have ever seen in a police arrest. Carrying the guy up in the air and face down. What a hoot. I wonder how that would have worked with Karen while she tells them they are rude.
Some of them love the interaction, like that one. Some of them hate it, it depends on the horses personality. That horse loved befriending the nervous girls until he heard the protest and then he was on duty, relaxed but alert
@@gusthesailor4885 No. They don't. Horses don't like face touching as a rule and certainly not tentative, nervous ones like a predator and its CONSTANT. It definitely should not be allowed.
Great security yet also funny! We'd probably never see this happen in the U.S. as police don't carry people away, but I wish it did and wish we'd see it on our news stations.
That's only because the patrol car is usually near by but I have seen arrestees being hog tied and thrown in the back of a patrol car. I am sure if the patrol car was not nearby, a similar thing would occur.
@@gld1010 hog tied? There's nothing funny about criminality yet the methods used by police there are much more entertaining than any we'd see in America. It's as if the famous British humor in films is played out in real life. :)
I too wondered what he did, have to admit that it was one of the best 😂. What about the other guy who was brought out in handcuffs by a policewoman and policeman.
Apparently robbed a tourist and they caught them . They certainly are not being carried away for just harassing a guard . They also are not British . London is full of pickpocketers.
And to our English friends, most arrests in the US don't need beatings or bullets either. Don't believe everything you see on TV or online. I was a police officer, so I know. Gosh, gee, I never shot anyone in my whole career. I didn't know I was supposed to in order to keep the international public happy.
I wonder why not just go straight to the video point instead if dragging us to unnecessary footage which I keep fast forwarding 😆 thanks for the link !!!
Oh, they are just out "harassing" Women, Children, Elderly, etc. for fun on Public PATHWAYS of London! What else could they possibility be doing dressed in those silly 17th Century costumes outside their own barracks?🙄
The horse seems to know the younger children, he's very gentle. Why people have to keep touching them I don't know, leave them alone to do their duty, it's not a petting zoo
I was waiting for one of these tourists to try and pat the guards nose. I feel very sorry for the horses having to endure 2 hours of endless people tickling them on the nose and neck. Most people are not aware that their nervous touching is irritant tickling to the horse. It would be great if the could install stuffed dummy guards and horses for people to tickle and photograph.
Every time I see, people approach the horses and pet them, it irritates me! The adults should be teaching the children to be respectable! I’m sorry these garden horses have to deal with this. I dream of going to London someday. If I go, I will absolutely visit the guards, but I would never even reach out my hand. I would actually thank the guards for their service.
Everyone is permitted to get a picture with the horses and the guards , and people are allowed to pet the horses as long as they don't harass them or touch the reigns.
