I'm a 4th generation Browns fan. Born in THE Ohio. Ive been through it all. Winning, losing, "the drive", "the fumble". I lived through the Modell traitors stealing our team and the train wreck that we've seen since 99'. I dont know if Baker is the next Brees or Brady but he's exciting to watch and has brought an attitude to this city that was missing for so long. Cleveland is a football city. Always was and will always be. The Browns are our club. We sued the league to keep our name and colors and history without even knowing if we would get another team. I'm a Browns fan and I'm excited for this season. The first time since Kosar was throwing the ball. So you better hold on and bend the knee because were coming for the crown.

I been a NFL fan and a Browns fan for over 50 years, I seen Johnny Unities, Joe Montana, Jim Kelly, Steve Young, Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Troy Aikman, Terry Bradshaw, Joe Namath, Roger Staubach, Brett Farve, John Elway, Peyton Manning. (The goat) Tom Brady, Bart Starr, Dan Fouts, Ken Stabler, Joe Theismann, and Fran Tarkenton. Baker Mayfield already set a record none of these greats have matched in the rookie season. I think he will be added to this list of greats in time. He has the it factor that most do not have. I seen the same thing in Tom Brady while he was in college at Michigan. I thought how crazy it was for all the teams to pass on him and only getting drafted in the 6th round. Baker has a drive and the skills to surpass all the fore mentioned QB's. Haters can hate, spin doctors will spin, but in time all of them will be proven fools.

I am really happy for Browns fans. As a Redskins fan I am well aware of all of the s*** talking and criticism of bad ownership, bad decision-making, and a long list of crappy quarterbacks. The list could probably go on but I can only hope that Dwayne Haskins saves our franchise like Baker saved the Browns. Keep it up Baker!

Who said there is a QB in that draft can read defenses better. Its Baker! He was the sharpest QB on the white board. He has near a photographic memory. Most of all he has GUTS. This is what separates Baker from not just the ROOKIES in the league but Vets.

I know it's a name but I really love Baker mayfeild- the king in the north. Because just like the show his is rallying his people (fans) who were about to die(or give up on the program) and March them to a new life, a life full of winning and excitement and joy.

Im so pumped for this year! He and Coach Kitchens brings excitement that we havent had in over 30 years in this franchise. I cant help but think back with nostalgia watching this and sheer exhilaration waiting for the season to start! It brings tears to my eyes to think of the possibilities. All the hardships us fans have had to endure. This is our team, this is our Time! Go Browns!

I'm a die hard Cowboys fan, born and raised in Dallas during the '80s and '90s. I never thought I'd say this about the Browns, but this team is growing on me! Every since I watched Mayfield take the field after what's his face suffered the concussion. This dude is Electric! I'm tired of Roethlisberger getting into the playoffs almost by default every year. The AFC north is primed for this guy to take charge. I have a feeling the road to the superbowl may be going through Cleveland at some point in the next few years.

As a former Texas Tech student I watched Baker and Mohames go at it in the flesh. I knew from the beginning the greatness I was watching. I told everyone I knew who knows football. Watch! Just watch, mark my words they both will go above and beyond in the NFL. I only missed a few home games. The things I witnessed, now others are getting a glimpse of it. Do not compare or judge any one individual. Get to know them before you speak. I saw nothing but heart and willingness to win in both. Of course I always leaned towards my boi Mahomes. But, Baker is just as quality of a player just a little smaller but what does that mean? Both are representing my beautiful state of Texas proudly. Their work ethic and heart are unmatched. They are going to be alright!!!! Their stories are just beginning ladies and gentlemen.

Great job on the vid HH! - This aint nothin new about Baker if you're a Sooner fan. He was pretty much talked about like he was here. Small, inexperienced, there's better QB's to choose from, etc. But in any competitive outlet, the best are not considered the best until they prove it. Baker was intro'd to us Sooner fans by replacing OU QB Blake Bell vs Tennessee. I was admittedly that guy yelling at my TV "Who the hell is this??? Get his ass off the field!!!" Baker went on to win that game for us and never looked back. He earned the respect of his team and his fans by being fearless and not settling for anything but the best. Hes doing the same in Cleveland. Baker is why we have the phrase "Hold my beer" lmao! Im so excited for the 2019 season. Lets get a ring dawgs!!!!

I don't understand how professionals like calling can't see what Baker was bringing... He should know the game way better than that. I played Division 1 football at the quarterback position, backup my entire career... But, I know the game. Point is, first time I saw Baker play I never had it. What stop me from being a starter in college was my ability to make the tight throws downfield like seam routes or deep comebacks under pressure and so forth. Baker just brings it and you can tell he has seen the field and has a rocket arm. Well, a very live arm. He anticipates. He throws Guys open. How did so many people in the journalist world mis this? And let's forget talking about height... Now with Baker, Drew, and Russell... Three of the top six or seven guys are basically 6 ft... Ish... and look for Kyler Murray to put up some big numbers although I think he will Have a little more growing pain than Baker. I wish Sam darnold the best but I felt like he was above average in college but very forgettable. Seems like a cool dude. I thought Roseanne would be good in that also remains to be seen. In the long run, Baker will be semi great too great in my opinion Sam darnold will be remembered as a good dude who played in the league for a long time. Rosen is a mystery... and, by the way, super awesome video! great edit!
