Am I the only one who thinks Vice's new voice actress got her a lot better than past KOF? Like, she sounded like a cranky old grandma in Xlll while here she actually sounds like she's 27 equaling Mature. Iori still badass tho lol
Full 3D doesn't mean all characters have unique animations. Take Tekken 6 for example. In that game, Kazuya, Heihachi, and Devil Jin share the same standing right kick animation and it has always been like that since the original Tekken (with both Kazuya and Heihachi), and Tekken 2 (with Devil and Angel). And in this game, Ralf and Clark share the same Gatling Attack animation in full 3D. Any more to rant about this game?
they share the same animation but they don`t have too, my point is that they were too lazy or maybe there was not enough time to make separate anims for each character as for the sprite example, saes a lot of time and ROM space to simply draw one sprite and the do a palette swap and slap a different head (liek the did in the original KOFs with Mature-Vice and Ralf-Clark)
Omega Rugal They (Vice and Mature) really WERE designed as head swaps in the first place, also Ryo and Mr. Karate but only in the original Art of Fighting.
Omega Rugal It's not laziness. They started out as 2D, so they decided to do head swaps in 3D because it's a smart thing to do. Because if the aforementioned characters are not head swaps (Mature wearing a dark evening gown with white accents and Vice wearing a black V-neck pantsuit with a red button shirt) no one will recognize them.
