I ran into Quadro last night when i was playing with my mom, I was in the Corsair for a majority of that game but i don't know if i killed Quadro in a Tiger or not. If you saw someone by the username of Catman358 in a Corsair then it was me. But hey i was happy to see Quadro in the wild. But as a US main there's nothing i hate more then seeing a King Tiger in the Grey zone.
I concur. As long as I can reach it, I can deal with it. You get on a few maps where one of these is sitting on the high ground, shelling from the grey zone and all I can do it grumble.

Fun fact: there were 3 main issues apart from cost: -The drivetrain, it had the same Maybach HL230 as the Panther, only this time they wanted this poor V12 to make 700+ hp (they were already known to catch on fire randomly), plus the transmission would shred itself under high load (this BTW was fixed for the Jagdtiger, in which they used a different type of teeth on the gearsets). -The other was the suspension, it just often couldn't handle the weight, bc the Germans were forced to use a different alloy for the components. -The third was also because of the different alloys, this time however, causing issues with the hull welds. As a result, they came apart with repeated hits.
They had so many mechanical issues with the king tigers that they couldn’t get them figured out before the end of the war. They much played a part in why they only had a few built

The issue with the tiger tanks in general was that they were TOO ahead of their time. They had sophisticated electronics, they were of course armored up the whazoo. Technologically, they were ahead of anything at the time. However, although it was rare that anything would actually pen a tiger, a hit to the tank was reported to knock out the electronics of the tank and render it useless. From what I know, that was the drawback to the tiger tanks. They were extremely expensive, and although physically unbeatable, they were not too difficult to take out simply because there were too many things at play in the tank, and it was for lack of a better term, quite sensitive.
Virgin King Tiger vs. chad PZ4-H Also it’s easy to take out KT’s at short range, cupola shots are a 1-shot-kill, but when you get to pixel range there’s not much that can kill it. :(
Hey Quadro, how do you switch from explosive to anti armor ammunition without resetting the reload? I've died so many times because I was just happily firing at infantry and a tank came along...
Love to bomb these with my La-7 :D Just quick dive from above, direct hit and bye bye. But even Panzerfaust 100 and infantry can kill it once user decides to come close to the action. But yes, if they keep shooting from grey zone, they are almost immune to enemy fire until bombed.
did they acutally fix these yet or not, i quit playing after merge since germans were up and even direct hits witht the p47 500 lb bomb wouldnt kill these things, and that was the only to reliably kill them especially since they all camped in the grey zone,
You should do a vid with the us flamethrower tank, only one i use and ive done some CRAZY matches w my boys on the flamethrower while im destroying every tank i see
Those are from before the merge. My PS4 account also has some of those. Unfortunately you can't get many of them now, but sometimes they pop up in legacy premium packs, like the current MG30 sauad.
It's fun if you get a functional team, just like any other shooter. Besides a few bugs, like the invisible plane one, or teams imbalance (either from the BR matchmaking or from incompetent ppl), the game is really worth getting. You can have some funny or epic moments pretty easily if you play your cards right.
Quad, I have a question, Sir. Having played with you yesterday, how do you do what you do? You run around killing and not getting killed too awful much. How does one accomplish that? I've gotten really good with sub mg's, and have on occasion gone on killing binges as you do in your vids, but you do it repeatedly. Can your eyesight be better than 20/20? Are your reflexes just so much faster than most? I ask sincerely and with zero allusion to your doing anything untoward. I've seen others do the same and just don't get how you guys do it time and time again. It's not as much the total number of your kills but that you do that and don't get killed in return more often than not. Flummoxes the shit outta me. Enlighten me, Brother. BTW, fun playing with you yesterday. Least you were on my team so ya didn't kill me!
@@al3x_lightd3mon15 P was made by porsche and H was henschel. I believe the main difference was the turret. The P had a spot that could deflect incoming rds downward into the hull.
@@duke7052 No , both are Henschl tanks . Porsche just ordered 50 turrets , don't got the contract to build his Tiger 2 and sold them to Henschl . The hull is the same , they just put this 50 turrets on . Cause the other better turret was not ready yet .
As good as it is, i stopped playing it because cas is too consistent. I'd rather work harder for 7-8+ tank kills in a different faction or BR if it means i don't get bombed out nearly every 2 minutes. The tipping point was getting bombed out 13 times in a 10 kill normandy game lol.
This type of bullshit is why I dont plan on using anything above BR II. The complete lack of balance for top tier shit ruins games, dont even get me started on Rocket Artillery being locked behind a paywall.

Why do you act so happy when playing with bot players. The list shows most Soviet human players all disconnect at the beginning of the game. Berlin GE is so imbalanced.
