The Kooks' Hugh Harris and Luke Pritchard joined us during a recent tour to chat with us about the gear they have handy during their live shows. The Brighton band makes great use of classic Les Pauls and Telecasters, extensive pedalboards, MIDI controllers and funky synths, so take a listen as they walk us through their rig.

Yeah very true! I remember seeing them on live at abbey road and thinking they were both pretty talented, playing a lot of chords that are pretty out the box compared the other pop acts

Never seen one of those Les Paul Signature guitars before. Wonder how much he paid for it? They are talented guitarists.

Surprisingly not that expensive they were only briefly made in the 70’s and go for approx $5-7k (AUD). They are okay but there’s a reason they didn’t last long.... the Es-335 /330 blow them out of the water
