I've been doing Zac support on and off for years! I knew I was onto something good, but so many people would troll and be toxic I gave up trying to figure it out. It is so much fun!
Zac support worked before he had pull on his q at lower elos. Problem is people see it as a troll pick for no reason and throw just because they feel like it. His self heal is really high and he is hard to dodge if you E from bush, new trick with using it into Q but he has good base damage, good AOE Hard CC when also being able to go in at ranged no other support can really do. He is basically an easier to kill Alisar who yoinked a Leona dash.
Radiant Virtue is such a slept on item, I really am glad more people are seeing the value in such a great item especially on powerful teamfighters like Ornn and Zac! It is great to see over the "MUH HEARTSTEEL AND JAKSHO BUILD!" Meta everyone was obsessing over.
Then you have Shen ulting you with a massive redemption shield with health regen once he joins you. People assume it will be bad because radiant doesn't proc when you tp after the ult channel, but once you join a teamfight, you end up healing everyone especially the low health target you saved
I have been playing zac supp with samira ever since she came out and its so good zacs 3 knockups synergy so well with her just afk farm till level 6 and after that u insta win
i always said that Zac Sup is one of the most underated and slept on picks My man literally has one of the most explosive/easy to exploit lvl 2 all ins

I wonder why he prefers Relentless hunter above ultimate hunter, the value of relentless is that you can roam faster than the enemy support, but Zac E out of base and then again E on the roam gank already achieves this. Ultimate hunter also brings your ultimate closer to the Radiant Virtue cooldown, which makes you able to procc Radiant Virtue more often.
You'd be surprised what 2-5 seconds makes on wave management, counter ganking, lining-up with your jungler, and mid lane opportunities happen more with Relentless hunter, over ultimate hunter. I think Zac R is on a fine cd, the early game is way more important, and the things I pointed out are those reasons, and the fact Koreans play fast paced quick games under societal sake.
@@yutaevergrave9682 You use your E to get around the map. You max it first so it has long range and low cd and you get lucidity boots as well. Literally no reason to go relentless hunter.
I love Zac support but often I'll go in with E (knock up) then Q both adc and support and whilst damaging them with W... Only to see my adc trying to last hit minions and missing.
NOOO, people are going to find out what I've been doing now. I was inspired awhile ago by previous #1 NA zac player Cafaerri hitting chally and proving zac can be played in supp and I've been on a high climb since.
Sorry but this is only OP on high ranks. I have silver-gold rank and there is no matter if you play some op champs or build... u will always lose because you have usless feeders in ally team so I CANT play as a Support
The only thing that stops you climbing with any champion is yourself. I have now made about 70 off meta videos about people climbing to Master/Gm/Chall, and at some point each one was the same rank as you. They did not complain, they knew the only way up was to improve themselves - and that is all you need to do to climb. There are just as many griefers in Diamond 1 as there are in Silver 4, but neither of them matter
It is your fault for caring and not just going next game or uninstalling game forever and move on with life. Only you control what you actually want to happen
Not sure what gold lobby's your getting, even with Zac and if I don't get an engage adc, My play style doesn't really change and I still always dominate lane.
