A lot of these things ppl think are facts...like the relations between both Tory, Kelsey & Meg...that wasn't fully proven. Tory put a lot of stories to the blogs that we picked up as facts. But let's move on. Him being with Kelsey was either false or super exaggerated. But he did mess with Meg. Meg lied about that. That's thee initial thing that made ppl start to doubt her, dislike her and look at her funny. I get it...me too. So as far as the situation. Of course Meg didn't want to get Tory in trouble at 1st...so she was gonna let it slide. So she lied and said she got cut with glass in her foot. Then when some rumblings came out about the incident, Tory panicked and starting saying shit and spinning shit and all this shit...so Meg got offended, and then Finally admitted that Tory shot her. So to summarize things they were saying. Of course we know about the jail call with him apologizing to Megan through Kelsey. Tory's story initially was that he messed with both...Meg snaked her friend...and he got caught up. They was arguing. The 🔫 shots audio...proving it was just 1 shooter...which debunks Trill theory of her doing it 1st, then he letting the rest off. It was only like 4 or 5 shots back to back. Impossible for another shooter to snatch the 🔫 in that time to do that. The witness did see Tory putting hands on both of them as well. But anyway....I'm sure I missed a lot. But if you take out all the evidence against him. Just with the testimonies....Tory driver said Kelsey had it...but he didn't see who shot it. Meg said Tory shot. Kelsey initially said Tory shot it. So just by that alone, I would think it was Tory. Other facts, Tory kept changing his story and defense up...trying to create as much reasonable doubt as possible. He changed his story 3 times.
