Moonwalk just sooooo good I don’t know why it’s still underrated

in all of my years listening to k-pop i somehow managed to make it without hearing songs by exo or nct so when superm came out i was like "okay, okay.....so you know like ONE guy (taemin)...time to check out the others". so nct was my first target and as someone told me to do it by units nct 127 would have been the obvious choice but i started with wayv instead. and what can i say? they are on repeat in my playlist and i don't grow tired of it. face to face is like THE MOST BEAUTIFUL song i've ever heard and always gets me in some kind of trance. all the other songs too...i've listened to other nct songs but i feel like wayv's harmonies are different. no idea how to put it into words... but when you for example listen to all 3 "regular" versions i feel like chinese one is the best as their vocals harmonise so well and make me have goosebumps

I am a Hendery stan and I was so shocked with his hair because Take Off Hendery was so superior. But you have to admit, Moonwalk is definitely Xiaojun's era. Everyone got mesmerized with his looks and vocals in this. That high note was just amazing! And I am with you on the Take Off or Moonwalk part. It took me a whole day to fully process how amazing Take Off was. Like I was in my office and I had to run out to the bathroom to properly scream over the MV and the song. For Moonwalk, I am amazed also but I was also surprised. I wasn't expecting something like this at all and it just blows me away. The whole album is top notch honestly. We keep forgetting that WayV is a new group so we keep having this sort of expectation for them to be like NCT but with this album, you can se how WayV is trying to venture out of that expectation and putting their own colours on it. It's impressive.

Definitely know what you mean about 'Moonwalk' kind of doing what you thought 'Jopping' would. Both 'Moonwalk' and 'Take Off' felt more impactful to me than 'Jopping' did but all are good songs in different ways. I came here after coming across "1 in 10000" and I absolutely LOVED it. It wasnt a coming out story nor was it a lgbtq+ person over coming hurdles. It was just a regular love story that just so happens to have lgbtq+ leads. I viewed some of your other videos and even though they were mostly reaction/analysis videos, they were all top quality.
