why be scared of up tiering vehicles? i have used m10 in the same lineup as the 76 jumbo… as long as the gun is still effective it’s viable… sometimes i even bring m16 instead of m42 as i’m feeling out of touch with boffers lead

I agree. Playing 3.7 USSR was awful against this thing. The turret and most of the front is impenetrable without going for weak spots and/or using APCR. The best shot was to side shot this thing at a relatively flat angle. Granted, I was not as skilled of a player when I used to play 3.7 but I was glad it got moved up so I would not longer have to fight it.

@@hunlepto2239 stuff like the panzerwerfer premium or independent will always remain shit but are there existing as just fun premiums. Other stuff like the T-72 AV TURMS, XM-1 GM, XM-1 Chrysler and IS-6 are undertiered and the main money drawers to get people to grind with.

@@cqpp The XM-1's are sub-par compared to the 9.0-9.7 premiums around it, if you think that fucking thing is "undertiered" in its current state you need to look again. It has 0 armor, no smoke launchers (pretty fucking important), its speed really isnt special compared to everything around it, and it is stuck with a round from 8.7 that it is expected to use up to 10.3. M735 is shit. The XM-1 compared to things around it is not that great. On the other hand the fucking TURMS, is most definitely undertiered, Gen 2 or 3 thermals (and on commander sight), covered in ERA that results in making things that SHOULD go through not go through because the engine clearly cant handle it, speed that is nearly just as good as everything else beyond a non-existent reverse gear, ammunition that LOL-pens MBTs at 10.0 and very easily takes care of things even higher than that, tons of smoke, an autoloader which means your reload is consistent and you dont have to worry about fires resetting it. Out of what you provided the only things that are ACTUALLY undertiered are the TURMS and maybe the IS-6 if thats still even relevant. The turms is 10.0-10.3 material and gaijin knows it, it will never go where it belongs though, plus it has the 11.0-material BMP-2M to back it up easily. Once the XM-1 gets M774 and the smoke launchers it has artificially not been given, then you can maybe start to consider it "undertiered"

with the VK3002 it's really nice. combine it with the ostwind and you got at least the base of a lineup at 5.0

Odd is a good player, but he also missed the spot on that same guy at 4:44. Really the most important thing to focus on in this game is spotting. Odd's no slouch, but sometimes his ability to find targets is hampered--really he should be playing ULQ. It's considered "dirty" in the community but there's no reason to play with high or movie settings when it just puts you at a disadvantage.

nobody played it before the VK was added, and the few people who did were a literal cancer than forced 4.3 and 4.7 players into a onesided uptier against other nations 5.0 meanwhile the stupid first spawn KW1Cs would die once and leave the match.

I remember having a down tier in this thing at 4.3 and I got swarmed by 3 shermans and a churchill, one was even a 76 sherman and they could not for the life of me penetrate my armor, I killed all the shermans and the churchill got bombed lmfao this thing was such a beast I dont regret buying it

Yeah, I completely agree. Even when I fight them, it's hard to get through that armor which shows me others are also having some hardships fighting me when I use it.

I've never enjoyed this thing at 5.3. I would much rather use a Panther or Tiger, and by the time I would be forced to spawn a KW1C my useless wehraboo teammates have already left. Why would I bother?

"An even better line up" implies there even WAS a lineup before the panther prototype. There wasn't. This thing hung out completely by its lonesome in a br by itself. That's why it wasn't used much. You either uptiered everything else for a premium vehicle or you uptiered this tank to 5.3 where you already have panthers and tigers. Sure it made a really strong backup for them but is buying a premium vehicle worth it for something you're going to be spawning as your 4th or 5th vehicle?

Got 11 kills the other day in a Jagdpanzer IV/70, still lost because the other two points were completely overwhelmed. Playing Germany is awful.

As of the other german mains you recal as "teammates", this is also very real. Now I have improved from being completely garbage - to atleast slightly garbage. What I mean by that is I managed to get a 1.5KD in the Tiger E which is still not good but it's better than what I used to have (more deaths than kills 💀)

@@robertharris6092 Okay but part of why the Tiger 1 is at that BR isnt her armor, its also the Gun. The 75mm Pak 40 is good, but its not that good to be on par wiith the tanks the Panther and Tiger face.

The problem is that basically no other nation has a 5.0 lineup so you get dragged into 5.3-6.0. I've noticed any vehicle with an X.0 BR is basically Gaijin devs saying "fuck you, eat these uptiers" because anything meta is X.3 or X.7, which is why the Vatniks are so salty about the IS-2 going to 6.0.

It's not great, the br murders it. It can still be fun though. Against US and other guns that aren't super powerful it works the best. You can even even use the engine for extra armor like you could with is-2s and such. It's just too slow and faces really good guns at 3.3 and up and the 2 degrees of depression don't help either.

The Russian Matilda is a weird tank to play. It can either be absolutely terrible or completely stomp. In full downtiers its disgustingly good but in a 0.7-1.0 uptier it's not even worth spawning in since it takes forever to get to the battlefield and you'll likely just be oneshot at that br.

you really are lucky that the enemy teams you face are incompetent, if I did this I'd be dead in the first few minutes of the match.

T14 armour is at least somewhat effective in a full downtier, and US doesn't exactly have any other competition for heavy tanks at that BR. KW1C is just worse than the Tiger at 5.3, and is literally the reason Gaijin added the VK at 5.0, because nobody wanted this premium anymore.
