He sucks. He’s talented. He’s a top tier 2nd line center when he wants to be. But he’s cried his way off of 3 teams. 2 nhl teams and 1 JR team.

Anders Lee. He killed LA. He should have been thrown out of the game when he hurt our players but wasn’t and scored 2 in a comeback win. The Kings were never the same since.

I've been saying this since day 1, PLD is weak! We saw it in Winnipeg. We saw it in Columbus. The guy doesn't have "it". LA went out and emptied the cupboards. Then they paid him a ton. Terrible all the way around for LA. Great for me! I'm a VGK fan, so one less team to have to worry about for the next 5 or 6 years is fine with me!

So if the King's didn't trade our three great players for Dubois we probably wouldn't be losing as much now if they don't at least play fifty fifty until Arvidson is back they won't make the playoffs

2nd round draft pick+Kupari+Iafallo+Villardi... What would you get or who would want PLD at this point he seems like someone wants go somewhere hot no hockey attention like SJ and get paid millions,hot weather take it easy. I don't like Habs but PLD should be thanking above he didn't get sent there. The fans would be all over him. He no longer has right to ask trade no leverage. People won't be fooled he needs to step it up

The Lines need a change, they're not producing the same. Kopi (our play maker) should be leading the team in assists, not goals, but Kempe isn't getting good looks and other wingers aren't moving the puck any better. PLD was a risk that hasn't paid off. Having green players on the ice (and defense specifically) stunts progress as their pace of play and play making is much slower, resulting in mistakes and turnovers, but it's hard to make that case when veterans like Doughty and TLewis have more turnovers than the team combined. The ENTIRE TEAM needs a week of shot training as everyone seems to be aiming at the goalie's logo and not the empty spaces around them, that's why shoot outs have been a joke and they can have 40+ shots a game and -2 goals. When everything is working for all parts of the team, we get November. When the synchronicity is off yet they keep trying to push the square peg into a new round hole, we get January.

Maybe it is time for Kopi to take a step back. Personally i think PLD needs better line mates then Laffy and Arty. Maybe try him on the first or 2nd lines.

LMFAO PLD is one of the biggest known plugs in the entire NHL, not his linemates fault for that on every team he has ever been on. Ask around, PLD plays softer than Marner.

Right on. If danault and Kopitar had the same line mates as pld has had I believe that they both would have similar numbers. I was against the trade because I believed that Vilardi had so much upside. That being said pld is here and the staff needs to do their best do make it work. McClellan is not a very good coach and is soooo slow to make any adjustments. It's been time for him to go for awhile

As a very disappointed but a Huge Kings fan this is my take on the whole Kings issues. TMac should bench Houdini aka-PLD better yet healthy scratch because PLD is not getting the message at any cost He should have gotten the message when we WASTED $8.5Million a year for a whopping 8 years contract who is playing 3rd line center against other teams 3rd liners and should be lighting it up on a nightly bases no matter who his wingers! PLD has no speed no faceoff skills no physicality gets over taken out played and out hustled by much smaller players No heart no Fire no will empty body skating around and looks lost just about all the time! The real problem is the Kings GM Rob Blake who is Killing this Kings organization and salary cap who wasted $68 Million just on PLD the Biggest Bust in Kings history right before that He wasted $15Million on Cal Petersen another bust lets not forget he is paying Tod Mc $5Million a year the highest paid coach in NHL also we gave up top Prospects and players for PLD deal not to mention both Vilardi and Iaffalo have more points then PLD! Kings need to Fire both the GM and the coach NOW to stop this season from becoming a disaster!

Kopitar love him but can't maintain the pace, less ice time andput him on the second pp unit. Coach might get fired if they don't make the playoffs. How can they get rid of PL Dubois unless they pay have the salary.... what a disaster

kings mgmt. is using the same old playbook from 2012. get an experienced forward for the cup run: Jeff Carterv(worked), carl Hagen (Nope) milan lucic (nope) trading away valuable YOUNG talent in return . . . Gaberial Viladri will be sorely missed, lets hope Jonathan Quick get a fourth cup with the Rangers
