I think both Carl and Lindsay really just wanted to be married for the sake of being married their bio clocks are ticking and were willing to settle. Glad they didn't. There is enough chaos in this world

I do agree with Amanda sometimes Kyle should think before he speaks but then we’d miss some good stuff.
Kyle really should've allowed Ciara to be the first one to address what happened with Austen instead of saying it behind her back. That wasn't fair on her. It must be even more frustrating for her that someone as toxic as Austen has shaped her time on the show but I appreciated how Ciara also placed emphasis on her wanting to learn from it all, instead of just placing blame on others. It showed maturity and growth. Austen has such a long history of hurting people, I hope West realizes that even if someone comes across as "cool" or a "nice guy" when you first meet them that it doesn't absolve the stuff they've done to others.
It makes me sad that Ciara still gets hate over what happened with Austen. Ciara was very new to reality tv and was 25 when she met him. Austen was almost a decade older and has been on reality tv for years. He was so manipulative and toxic towards her, and she'd never seen Southern Charm before so she had no idea how things would unfold. Plenty of people have made mistakes in their 20s, and she's actually wanted to learn from the past unlike others.
Yeah but Lindsay is the same. If you watch old seasons back, she literally starts talking about her goal to be married and have kids to every boyfriend or even just guys she started seeing so early on. She has the vision and the dream and is just looking for a man to fill the space.

How are Kyle and Amanda saying anything, we’re a few ep in and they’re arguing about everything and trash talking each other, but Carl and Lindsay, horrible… Amanda is a wet blanket and Kyle is 40+ still trying to hang with 20yr olds. Carl should have never came back once he went sober, and should have never gotten in a relationship until he was fully comfortable with sobriety. That’s in AA. Carl went against it and said f it let me propose to Lindsay and call people’s msg. Everyone forgets Carl was the biggest f boi ever. It’s a lot of Lindsay finger pointing and the cast is the pot calling the kettle black.

I agree with you! Lindsay is such a manipulator! I hate to see how she manipulates each of her subsequent boyfriend so that he does everything the way it suits her. It gets to the point where all her boyfriends start to be afraid of her. They are afraid to say an extra word to her, so that she will not be offended. She loves to make herself look like a victim and constantly find fault with her boyfriends. Lindsay perceives and treats her boyfriends, in this case, the fiance, not as the most wonderful person in the world, whom she wants to put on a pedestal, but as a thing that she bought and this thing should work 100% for her. Lindsay squeezes all the juices out of her boyfriends until they start running away from her. This is not love. Love is when you love your fiance the way he is, and you don't constantly try to find fault with him. Apparently Lindsay won't understand this.

I think Gabby is ultimately very sweet, but the way she uses her voice detracts from everything she’s sayinggg. Most of the women on the show, really. Page & Ciara are fun, but it always hits a point where the verbiage and tone is too much. And Ciara is a nurse and super smart, but, again, it doesn’t come off that way when she -and Page- talk to each other like that. I cringe all the time when they continuously use that short-speak. They’re 28 & 31 years old, they sound ridiculous and like they’re trying wayyy too hard to sound relevant to Gen Z. We don’t need that. Amanda is the only one that sounds like someone just casually and normally speaking to me lol.
