I am on a yarn hold until after my surgery. I have to pay for plane tickets from Wisconsin to Texas and two weeks in a hotel and have someone come with me because I will need 24 hour care. But I am going to beet this rare disease and durning my recovery I will be thinking of these beautiful cakes and waiting to buy some to keep me company on my long recovery. I will be watching what you make from these, it will keep me sain while on bed rest. Thank you for this new discovery of this yarn. 🎉🎉🎉

Please don't ever feel like you need to apologize for how much you talk! Your excitement when opening a box of yarn and seeing new colors/type has literally helped to keep me going. I never realized how much buying yarn was actually theraputic for me - until I couldn't do it anymore. The last several months have been increasingly depressing. Watching you open new yarns and get so excited (I always giggle when you get "yarn fingers"!😂) actually lifted MY spirits because I get to feel that excitement with you. Things are starting to look up for my future now and hopefully I'll be able to buy yarn again in 2-3 months - until then, I'll let your excitement carry me through. Blue is my favourite color but I love browns with blues, oranges with blues, yellows with blues, certain greens or purples with Blue too.🥰 Love the size of Nicola’s Cakes!! Ooooh!! Beautiful cakes Crystal, would love them if they were wool though. The blue and brown is really pretty, and shades of gold and orange are my fave too. Make a poncho or shawl with the orange for fall. I can't believe how fast you do a project, it takes me awhile with knitting, even being an advanced knitter. My favorite project of yours for now is that beautiful granny square blanket you just put up. You are such an inspiration with your designs, and yarn videos. Such a great teacher too, now I know how to do mattress stitch.

I'm not usually drawn to yellows/oranges but OMG that "Twinkle" one was **gorgeous** and I could see throwing in some medium-dark blue and a brown and making it a poncho. These cakes are SO BIG and really beautiful! Hubby may be getting a new job soon, and so I might to actually start buying yarn again in a couple months.
