Not sure about the usability of an e ink, but I would love to give it a try

I would love to see Unihertz release updated versions of old lines rather than release a seemingly endless array of new models. I think that fans are desperate for a new original Titan model like yourself and a new Jelly

Pocket vs slim. Why is slim best?

@@BYOUN890418 Screen is too small on the Pocket and also the keyboard was stiffer on mine.

​@@BYOUN890418android apps generally don't scale very well to square displays, she the taller screen of the Slim really works in its favour there

I would love to see a slide out keyboard phone like a new Priv. I imagine one that's done well would be accepted by normal people too!

@@DavisFangTech yeah many people think like you. I actually prefer the efficiency of having the keyboard always available without any steps to uncover it. People are essentially lazy. They do what is easiest (hello amazon prime where ordering a product that comes in less than 24 hours with no shipping cost is easier than spending 45 min commuting to go to the store and back to get it yourself) and they will pay for less work time to do something. If you want the phone to be more a communication devise and less a media consumption device, you make communicating the easiest possible by having the keyboard always available. Cost is screen space. But maximize the keyboard function (key shortcuts, making a scroll pad etc). Smaller screen also means better battery life. But physical keyboard isn't worth sacrificing everything (bad camera, old android, bad processor etc). A high end pkb phone will eventually work for the same reason that computers still use physical keyboards

Appreciate your thoughts! It can definitely be lonely as a PKB fan in the smartphone community, but the fx tec pro is not a phone that I am interested in trying out. I have only heard horror stories about people waiting years for their devices and not being able to receive refunds. Also, I am not a fan of landscape keyboards on phones as I love the ability to be able to type with one hand. At the same time though, I would be happy to review one to be proven wrong!

I have heard a lot of similar stuff about the fx tec but due to my love of the physical keyboard and having basically no options in that space I still keep coming back around to considering it from time to time, I don't mind a landscape keyboard as much although I think the key2 was the most perfect form factor that I have used so far. Hence why I am now considering this titan slim and after your review will probably go for it to replace this behemoth that is the original titan. It's just a shame that unihertz software and utilisation of the keyboard is very lacking compared to the key2 I did back the astro slide by planet computers a couple of years ago but even though it is now in production I don't expect to actually see a product anytime soon, if at all, what with their inability to effectively communicate any relevant information to backers. Yes, yes and yes. I would love to see one of these with something closer to flagship specs and I would use it over any flip or slab phone

Typing on physical keyboard just feels way better

Why are phones and computers different? Don't you do many of the same things on both? They have basically the same apps. The phone is a mini computer

@@DavisFangTech i have tried everything they literaly stole my money i bullied everymail so much so they called us and said we will refund it to seller but as unihertz they are not even responding to any mails that i have sent from four different email plus i wrote at twitter facebook everywhere also commented on their own youtube page no response no refund literaly stole that money

@@hesapyildirimI’ve been in contact with Unihertz about your issue, and it appears that it was delivered to your door. Maybe somebody has stolen it?

@@DavisFangTech dear david everymail called recipient and agree to refund and everymail sent them a mail abot this stolen parcel and everymail agreed to refund and wrote us saying we have sent email to seller so you can claim your refund but thants to unihertz noone is replying to our emails parcel delivered by everymail definately stolen by corruer and everymail accepted it

@@DavisFangTech i have been writing them for a month and no response no investigation they are not even calling everymail and ask about it a proof of delivery is like someone left it outside of the outer door and went away which everymail famous with stealing packages also when i bouht it and paid 15 dolars for shipment it wrote royal mail not everymail problem is everymail waiting a response from unihez so they can solve this problem i have photos and emails about everymail agreed to refund and rhey called recipient who is my relative at uk saying we will write an email to seller with claim numer so you will have your refund and they have sent it but uniherz is not responding to our emails if you can get touch with them please tell them to refund so i will get it from amazon they need to solve this with everymail ehy im a victim here im blind and i need this phone literally blind using google talkback and use only uniherz products
