Loved this game! (played it on my MacBook Pro via Apple Arcade) Loved the narration and it comes with a sampling of the feels with the ending. Soundtrack is on point and the progression in puzzle solving is a great pace. Great review my homie.
What a beautiful little gem. I'll never forget the memories i made with the Cook, the Embers, the Big Piggy, the Big Frog, the Wanderer and their diaries, the Fisherman, and just the world itself. It almost made me want to stay, but I knew I had to just keep going. Thanks HelloGames.
Bought it spontaneous day one. No regrets about that. It was such a delight to play. I really felt in love with it. I may have two complains. The puzzles could have gotten a little harder. They are all interesting but not very hard. 2. The German localisation. Translation this game is hard. Because we don't have a genderneutral word for "he/ she" In the english version everyone is talked about with "they".. an the German localisation jumps between "he" or "she" and it is confusing. Sorry need to get it out.
It looks like Hob. If it had a demo as well, I'd consider it. But the puzzles are just boring and lame here. "Anyone who has posted a positive review has not played through the game. I can say this confidently, because the game is literally impossible to complete with the myriad of game-breaking bugs that force you to either start over from scratch or rage quit and move on. I've run into two of these bugs myself, and if you check out any forum devoted to this game you will find post after post of the form "How do I fix [major bug blocking progress]?" This game is 100% what anyone should expect from a new Hello Games release. They learned nothing from the ****storm that was No Man's Sky, and once again they've decided to prioritize an ambitious release date over anything resembling testing or dev-completion. " Utter garbage.
Another switch game to avoid since yet another port stutters like crazy. Devs really do not seem to care much for switch quality on most of them. meh wtf
Don’t use the switch if you cannot stand the idea of frame drops here and there. The switch has been designed for portability, it comes with power constraints, we all know that by now and so should you.
