Where did you buy this for $1200? Everywhere I see they have it listed for $1700 and up

I often watch tools review videos from other people before I buy. Every single time I hear them mention how much they paid for the tool originally, I wonder the same question you post here. I'm no business guru, but It seems when these tools are initially put out there at a marked price, they slowly start jacking up the prices as they become more popular... supply & demand. Absolutely hate it.

Hello Mike Wall, I found it at lowes and not too long after I purchased it they went out of stock, then came back and the price was super high. Hopefully the prices fall again. But when doing research for drill presses I kept getting the same ol recommendations for other brands and not once did this drill press come up. And when I did find this drill press some of the reviews (mostly on Amazon) were bad. But I gotta say, this drill press is amazing and has exceeded my expectations. 👌

@@tejada007 haha! I feel ya. I'm definitely not in the price lifting business, but I think you're right about supply & demand. The other thing is that once a review comes out, usually the product gets sold out right away. I think heavy machinery in general is going up though. I've been looking at lathes and the prices on those things have gone way up.
