Coaches like this are what high school and colleges need. Life is hard enough but learning how to be disciplined the right way will help you excel in life. It will get you ready to make sound decisions. Today's college and pro athlete and even many high schools don't get it. It is all about a me attitude. Sports today is all personal glory you don't see many true teams anymore.
