This song caught me by surprise when it played during the closing of the Hobbit movie... And there wasn't a dry eye in the theater. Now it's a fitting farewell to the Greatest Generation as their road ends. Remember them, what they accomplished, and keep their memory alive as the sun sets.

Found this after having to put down my 10 year old cat yesterday and despite having never heard this song before, it, combined with your fantastic voice, has been a balm to this shattered heart. Thank you, your work made me feel like my baby girl is still here, even though she crossed the rainbow bridge.

Alas for Bernard Hill. He did so much as an Actor, but I cannot see him as less then Theoden King. I'd like to share my favorite passage from the books involving Theoden. At that sound the bent shape of the king sprang suddenly erect.
