This film was made for people who grew up with these classic action movies, honestly I loved it I would highly recommend to anyone who grew up with bloodsport or kick-boxer.
This was a Kickstarter fan film. Sorry but if you know none of the actors then you are clearly not the audience for these films. This is an homage film to 80s martial arts b-movies. I read an interview that they didn’t even have 800.000 dollars for the film. I love the film and I wish they would do another one
For a kickstarter made film this was pretty good, the filmmakers did a decent job with the budget. The first half was a bit too talky, dialogue heavy, but once the tournament started it was fun. Viking Samurai was the best part of the film and I really wish he was the main star!
I also didn’t know it was a Kickstarter film. Anyway I actually enjoyed it for what it is. Old school martial arts film. You should not expect a great story. Wrong expectations for such a genre film
good review, this absolute garbage is nothing even close to bloodsport or the likes of those films. It is a rip-off of bloodsport and the copying of drago from rocky iv. Numerous other things. Incredibly horrendous acting by all the actors especially that egotistical viking samurai guy . It seems like the 'last kumite' will be the 'last' of these actors they could have done so much more with the old school actors and bolo's son.
I can't understand why some people say david's acting was good, it was so bad That me, My Sister and brother could only joke about it, felt like a parody. So totally agree with this comment 💪
blood sport and death warrant are my favourite van damme films, also billy blanks is in a film called king of the kickboxes, he acting is really bad but its a great martial arts film and its free on youtube
