because the game creators are actually the same it makes sense, also in the concept arts of tlou u can find the zombies there look a bit like the ones from uncharted but they did a great job creating tlou zombies.

@@5up3rm4nMy3r5 I agree, I do play Part 1 and even the sequel which they going to adopt with Season 2 but the show had some minor problems such as some parts being rushed in some episodes and maybe how they handled Herny and Sam storylines in both Episodes 4 and 5.

totally relate with the "nah its a story game" thing, mate of mine said that when i had recommended tlou part one and two, too bad he missed out on it i suppose though because part 1 and 2 is such an amazing experience and id do anything to go back to playing them for the first time.

part 1 is better than 2 the plot is absoulutely garbage

It is way more interesting to see the original menu with the midday sky, bright colors and a cheerful morning, combined with a depressing song. TLOU 1: Hope and despair TLOU 1 remake: Sadness and despair Just from the menu we can see it. Also the remake uses a naturalistic lightning instead of a stylish lightning, it puts realism over narrative and art

But I disagree with you saying that TLOU is hopeful because it’s a very depressing world and setting so the menus small glimpses of normality and beauty especially in the remake is something I believe amplifies the experience

@@louisporter6030 I do not agree with you, the menu is the first example, dusk lightining looks aesthetically unnatural as it looks very picky. Sure, midday lightning is not as pretty, but it is because it is 12:00 P.M. every photographer knows it sucks, but it works because of the narrative that little moment intends to transmit. I'll give you another example, in the car scene after Joel and Ellie visisted Bill, the lightning is very different from the original and the remake. In the original Joel looks darker, as we can expect from a rainy weather, clearly he has the clouds over him, meanwhile Ellie is brighter, with warm sun rays slightly impacting on her face. There is a clear message, Joel in the dark and cloudy, represents the hatred he has for the world, he is upset (as he did not want the job in first place and Tess died) and angry. Meanwhile Ellie is the hope for humanity, the so called cure of the Cordyceps, she is innocent compared to Joel and has no hatred. Literally a simple duality between light and darkness. Before you say that is an overanalyzis, how does it come that Ellie is bright in the middle of a rainy day? In the remake that is just what they thought, as they chose to use logic instead of art. Both Joel and Ellie have the same lightning, the duality between them and the symbolization gets completely lost. If they cared so much about logic and realism, why did they not use an establishing shot of the cloudy sky in which we could see a slim portion of the sun in order to explain Ellie being brighter than Joel? See, that is what happens when you forget what your story is about

@@Diego-lt4wm Yeah I think your reading to much into it, as in both the remake and the original it’s not all that different for that scene. The only reason it is different is because Joel is driving and Ellie is actively looking out the window, the sun still hits Joel and naturally Ellie. I believe this is a massive nitpick and also has no actual bearing on the story and your just making a non point. Also to say “see this is what happens when you forget what your story is about” is quite obnoxious and I am now going to also be nitpicking. Ellie is not a cure for the infection, she is stated to be a subject for a potential VACCINE. A vaccine is not a cure and in the very hospitals that hope is ripped away by Joel massacring the firefly team posted there and by killing Jerry, who was just trying to restore the world to what it was by making a vaccine
