Love the new "Last video" series. Though I preferred the more concrete exercise protocols in the ribcage video. Maybe you can add a second vid with a more concrete exercise protocol for the pelvis? That would be awesome!
Zac would it be accurate to say the prone versions of the IR/ER test are your versions of the Late IR/ER test which is usually the Ober’s test and side lying hip abduction test respectively?
My hips and back are super messed up. I have hyper flexibility, I wonder how (or if) I could accurately test myself to figure out the next step. I can do all these movements just fine but I know my hips are well beyond a little out of alignment.
Why is it that my higher hip also has more long feeling leg? i think my right ilium is rotated more forward than left, so my right ilium has more long feeling leg, every time i step it feels like hitting ground faster than left leg. Was my PT right to advice me to strengthen my left hip flexor for ilium to move more to forward to balance legs? it didnt make sense much to me i still dont know is it BS.
Can perceive and feel a lot of different things based on loss of motion, position your in, movement you are doing, etc. that’s why testing helps tease that out
@@ZacCupplesPT Lack of internal rotation has always been on my left leg little bit, and i noticed that if i look my self from side in mirror my right glute seems higher lil bit. And if i lean while standing, to my right, i can feel the ilium kinda block my leaning, left dont as much.
Zac I have extreme rounded shoulder due to scapular winging + shifted on the outer side could you help...it feels as the shoulder is falling apart 🙂😢 if by any chance you have the solution
