Just because you frequent a place, doesn't mean its safe. Sometimes the only thing that separates you from something hunting you, is simply time differences, not location. Original Story: www.creepypast...
I like the fact that you are not using thay 'spooky' monotone voice most channels use, a more normal voice somehoe makes you more invested in the character that is narrating for this kind of tales. I come from the main channel and was glad to see you cover horror stories, keep it up man! Ps: it's a shame the dude couldn't see the creatures feet so we could have an in depth analysis
A wendigo caught the scent of Tony’s blood and took his body to feed on later, it then took Eric before going after the narrator and Sam. The reason it left the narrator alive is unknown but if I had to make a guess it plans to hunt him later as the narrator says or it simply took Sam back to its lair with the others and simply didn’t have time to return for the narrator. Either way if it ever encounters the narrnarrator again it’ll recognize his scent and will use the voices of its friends to torment him.
I was a Girl Scout starting as a Brownie all the way up to a Senior Scout and actually spent all 4 of my high school summers working at a Girl Scout camp; let me tell you...even in the dead of night there is always sound....be it the wind, insects, snoring campers etc. so the idea of being stuck in the pouring rain in the middle of the woods and the world just....muting itself....that's terrifying Also I really enjoyed the sound effects especially with this story in particular....I know you've been trying to get more into these stories vocally to try and animate them more, but really your normal voice along with the right sound effects work brilliantly Now I'm honest to a fault and will say that you defiantly sound way more into/passionate with your regular bio breakdown videos than here BUT that's actually totally okay. You know and are super passionate about biology; even more so when you get to geek out and try to understand/explain the biology of one of your favorite video/movie monsters. And that totally makes sense seeing as you've been doing those videos for quite awhile and in general have your video "pattern" down for those. This channel is totally new to you and you're still learning which is1000% okay. I've loved listening to each video, having you try different things and I hope beyond hope you continue because this one really showed the potential you have as a story reader!!! So within this giant block of text the TLDR is; you have amazing potential, an eye for detail (such with the sound effects in this video) & I can't wait to hear more from you in the future!
What’s scarier is that when birds and other noisy animals go quiet, it’s usually because there’s a predator around. Of course, rain won’t quiet itself because of a predator, but it’s still a pretty creepy fact related to the story.
At least! I never go anywhere without at least a glock on me but camping in creepyass woods, oh hell nah I'm taking serious hardware and loaning extras to anybody coming with.
God, i love your stories. I have not much else to say, just that. The use of sound is amazing and your normal voice is perfect to make the character feel real, i don't know if you change the og stories but the narrative is sooo good
Bruh if you stupid enough to listen to scary stories while hiking alone, well that's on you. Listen to this at home or on your commute like a normal person lol
And I here I though it was safe in numbers, and that it was the silent ones. I guess not. Great video. Felt this one as I have gone out camping many times. Makes you really think. What if this happened to me?
Stuff like that is more common than you’d believe. Down where I live we aren’t supposed to have mountain lions but up north people see them pretty frequently and all the game warden’s do is deny it
I started on your other channel and I gotta say I absolutely love these readings horror shorts are a favorite of mine and delivery you have is awesome conveys the story well doesn't exaggerate unnecessarily and still delivers the climax well very well done I look forward to more of these
The last time I camped, my dad needed to bring me home at 3 in the morning after just 2 days of camping because I was severely dehydrated and had a migrane so bad, I vomited all night while almost passing out from the pain. That was my first time camping, and my last time. It was too hot, we had too little too drink and I swear to god, having a toilet and a mattress is a gift from god after a "vacation" like that.
I remember a dream I had once while camping. I was in the cabin, I get up and walk outside to see these lights coming towards me. For some reason, the lights gave me so much anxiety that I woke up in fear.
Looking at the comments ppl are saying Wendigo and it reminded me of when i was little watching lost tapes. One of the cryptozoologis said once the wendigo has you in its sights even if u escape itll never stop hunting for you.
your narration is great. the only thing I guess could make it better (if i may), is the last sentence of your stories doesn't feel like last sentence. i mean if you don't say alright thank you guys, I would've wait for the rest of the story. end the last sentence like a punchline, like we say ow that was it. thnk you. love ya man. great work! X
The next one maybe but but you have a peaceful yet emotive time that isn't robotic while not a voice i prefer you give a cat comfortable listening experience
have you ever thought about reading the Dead Space books and uploading them here? You have a really cool voice and it's hard if not near to impossible to find a good audiobook of Martyr or Catalyst
7th to like video. 4th or 5th to leave a comment. I love your scary stories you really are awesome at it. I look forward to each new video. * grabs popcorn and hot tea * :D
