This video has been a long time in the making! These were two of the best days I spent in Madrid with the people I love the most. I am beyond thankful for the opportunity I had to study abroad in Madrid, to meet my best friends, to fall in love with a new city, and to find myself. Here is a film dedicated to Madrid.

Awww I hear you!! Madrid was my hands down favorite of all time!! The city was super easy to navigate, everyone was so friendly, I loved the culture, the history, ugh its home for me! I also LOVED Rome. People can give it some bad reviews but I loved it! Felt like I was living the Italian dream! I also loved Florence, Paris, and definitely Morocco!

Hi! I love your videos and I just found your account and I’ve been binging all of them haha. I got into some schools in the U.S. along with SLU here and the campus in Madrid. I’m having a really hard time deciding where to go! And I know if I go to SLU Madrid for the fall and don’t like it I can always transfer back here at some point but I also don’t know if I want to miss that first year of the college experience in America. Idk if you can even answer this for me, but having been to both campuses, what would you recommend? (I also have friends in Madrid already and somewhat know Spanish so that kind of helps if I moved to Madrid as well) thank you:)

At least for me...I am super happy I had my first year in the US because I am an only child and super close with my family. It was nice transitioning to college and having my family as a support system still. Going abroad my second year of college was great. The great thing about SLU is that there is no transferring credits when you go abroad bc it is all the same university. personally, I wish I could have been abroad for a full year! You can always go for one semester, see how you like it, and prolong your time or just come back!
