I am against Trump with every fiber of my being, but it's quite obvious that "whether they like it or not" was referred to his campaign, which he had just said, "told him not to say" what he said. Your interpretation is a fallacy and you know it. It's hard to keep the moral high ground this way.
That’s your opinion , and religion. I agree with you but the same God that you are talking about gave us all the right to choose what we do . Do we know better than God ? I think not ! That is one of our biggest downfalls . Our God told us not to judge and no sin is greater than the other . So how about this God told us to love our brother as we love God .
