@@GIANPIERLUIGUPaterniti mr robot no imo. Six Feet Under yes but this one is perfect the writting and Nora's speech it is really excellent for an ending.
I think it's interesting fans of the show are split, either they believe Nora or they don't. Which reflects back to us what type of person we are. This show is brilliant at show the complexities of us humans & our constant need to find meaning, especially in the darkest of times. Personally, I believed Nora for so long- until I got older & realised she probably wasn't telling the truth.
I just want to put this comment here. If Nora had actually went and came back she would not think he wouldn't believe her. She was there when John's Dad and the grandson helped him crossover the first time. There's no way a non-believer like John would believe and she wouldnt. Nevertheless, even if she didn't at the time in season 2 she would be 100% convinced after she herself had "went through". We know another side exist because bro went through more than a couple times. The very fact she says she didnt think he would believe her after he was shot in the chest and came back to life even per John shows she is 100% lying. But as they say it's masterful because it doesnt matter. This isnt about truth, its about showing how unconditional love it. The condition of her lying and him still loving her teaches us to give grace and mercy as God does us.
@@runningrabbit11 She is lying cause the show always used "flashbacks" while some recolection happened to a character, but in this case there is no flashback, and to me, thats an indication that, indeed, its a story that Nora made up. What is indeed true is that it took years for her to come to terms with the fact that she backed up of the "experiment", that her childrens will not come back, that she will never know for sure what heppened to them, and that she found peace, alone and away, believing (like most people do when someone dies) that maybe they are now in a better place, together.
@@alejandrovidal5355 Also, it would make you ask why she isn't helping people to set up transfers using the machines. She isn't, because it's not real.
