I first heard of Borley Rectory thru a book. I was curious till the finish. Now that we learn more about spirits, ghost and so many unknowns, technology will answer more answers to the questions of who, what, where, why and how we are in this so call earth. The questions is who will work on it to search? I am willing, able and capable to give it a more bust to this kind of situations.
Thanks to all involved in this little documentary. No frills, delighted to see their bookshelves look like mine, lol. Altogether an excellent upload in keeping with the sensible side of this ongoing phenomena - was going to say it was entirely within the spirit of the site but realised how ridiculous the pun would sound. Congratulations to everyone concerned and very well done.

went years ago when church was unlocked i have a lot of documentation including the parish leaflet...when my husband and i went round the back of the chusrch i cannot describe the feeling of overwheliming something...i nearly broke my husbands wrist..theres a sort of a crypt entrance at the side of the church no on really mentions....we wenr across the rd and stood at the gates of the cottage..an old woman chased us off..but in a way I don't blame her..she said we were taking film...as my husband said not on your property or near where the rectory was cos half of it are where the bungalows are and the nun allegedly goes through one of the garages..i have so much stuff..even blue book...stuff out of print and vincet o neills boo..stuff from scottish library...letters from peter underwood as we took some b and w pics in the church which revealed things..a glow and smoke on the cottage lawn....borley can be hard to find as some signs have been taken down.....also the residents are prob really fed up hence the church being closed...stood in front of vestial curtain harry price photo behind and i felt a weird presence even though its best to go wit an open mind......maybe they should have a day where you can go round Borley and then that's it..if you 'inherit' history to me it can be a good thing..i would have opened the cottage once a year.....esp the lawn wish we'd bought it a fair few years ago cos we could have afforded it...i would have welcomed historians and people...BUT then it would be closed....unfortunately there have been idiots that have vandalised..done satanic things...Borley should be respected and preserved

I don't know if anyone noticed, but if you take a closer look at the bottom left hand corner of 6:15. You can just about make out a transparent figure which looks like a nun. Either that or my eyes are playing tricks on me.

This is a good video. For many years I have been fascinated by the ghosts of Boreley as with the Enfield poltergeist and Amityville case. I have had my own personal experiences . Check out on youtube : '' THE GHOST OF GLADSTONE VILLA''. A genuine case that occurred in the former mining town of Bargoed, near Caerphilly , South Wales. From 1969 to the Summer of 1978 my family,m our friends and I experienced phenomena that defied rational explanation and left us all in no doubt that this sort of thing is indeed most certainly real, in fact, this property in Bargoed actually convinced a skeptic and a non believer so it's well worth looking into and needs documenting, I wouldn't share this if it couldn't be backed up ! The church is haunted as 2 years ago I went ghost hunting at night and caught a clear image of someone behind my friend. I still have footage on the old phone is used if I get it repaired I'll upload the video
The Novice of Bures story was romanticized nonsense, and does no justice to the place. I really wish people would stop perpetuating the bunk about Borley. There was much lost to history about the region, information that could have brought peace to the troubles there. Alas we may never know the truth. For a balanced take on Borley and the likely candidates for the phenomenon I suggest obtaining a copy of "The Engima of Borley Rectory" by Ivan Banks.
