I just got my sister this game today, and the first thing she did was destroy pots. She told me she didn't know why she did it, it just came naturally. I felt so proud.

This is by far the best song they've ever made in the franchise, it just is so epic.

Hate to admit but I get a little teary eyed when I hear this. Such a beautiful medley and it makes me think of Link and Zelda's childhood together.

Since this game comes first in the timeline, zelda's lullaby is this backwards.

Skyward Sword was so different, especially as a follow-up to Twilight Princess which could not have been any more different in terms of direction, design, and artistic style; sometimes feeling like something other than a Zelda game. That being said, it was a beautiful awesome memorable game, and this song will always make my heart ache with nostalgia and my eyes tear up with emotion.

No matter how many times I listen to this, I get the goosebumps.

I don't get why people hate SS so much. The motion controls were hard to get used to and Fi was a bit annoying, but other than that it was a good game.

Whenever I listen to this music on my balcony, I shut my eyes down, sit down in medtating position and start thinking myself on the skies, hanging form a cloud. I imagine myself looking at a battlefield, a battlefield of iron and leather between beasts and humans, both sides running at eachother, the earth shakes, the birds fly and the sunset brigthest as ever. fear in some and exitements in others, hesitation surrounds the battlefield and the people. The only thing holding them together: the scream of dreamers filled with courage. People struggling and figthing to reach a certain place and goal, people like you and me, all different united in order to stop destruction, standing up to fate with blood and hope. Ahh yes, my blood starts boiling when I hear to this masterpiece. themes like this awaken the abitious child in me and a explotion of ideas rush out of my mind. What do You imagine wjen listening to such masterpiece?

Sad story: The year this game came out, my cats were in their prime. They were happy to just be with me and that’s who they had. About eight months ago, one of them passed away. I just played this for her elderly sister, the last one, to help her feel relaxed and happy. I played this game so much throughout the years, even emulated. I’m now married and moved away, from home, so I always need to see her at least once a month, if not more if I can help it. She knows the song; she may not know how, but she started purring when she heard it. It breaks my heart, today. And it brings me joy, remembering the years; though I sit with my last precious kitty, not knowing when I’ll be saying goodbye. Thank you, dear uploader. ❤

This gives me goosebumps! No matter how much you listen to this song it will never get old! There are so many instruments involved it's just beautiful! Nintendo really pulled it off with this one!

My favorite game ever. I don't know why it's so underrated.

As someone who personally grew up with motion controls and got used to them fast, I can personally say, after playing them all, this is by far the best. However, Wind Waker comes in a REALLY close 2nd. If you have not played this game, I HIGHLY recommend you do. It is one of the greatest of all time.

My favorite Zelda game! Best story and character development, along with most creative dungeons, unique enemies, and an overall beautiful setting! Definitely fitting for the 25th year anniversary!

I'm not super duper attached to the Zelda series, since I haven't played too many of the games. However, this game holds a very special place in my heart as being my first. And it did NOT disappoint. Listening to this song 9 years later still gives me the same goosebumps it did when I was 10. Fucking amazing song, and game as well.

Skyward Sword has by far the best soundtrack in the Zelda series. Also, the best dungeons, best items and item system, and best story.

I'm one of the biggest Zelda fans ever and I still haven't played this game. Every time I listen to this tune I kinda die inside but at the same time have a little hope for the future. My Wii broke long ago waaaay before the Wii U, and I couldn't get another one because just my luck, i have parents that absolutely hate video games. I'm so glad I beat Twilight Princess before the system was taken away for a year then later found to be inoperable. I've played OOT, MM, MC and TP. And only beat OOT and TP. Oh what would I give to play and beat all the Zelda games in existence. Excluding the CD-I games of course.

Skyward Sword is the best Zelda game in my opinion. It got the graphics perfect, like it took Wind Waker's and Twilight Princess's and mixed them to get the right balance between realism and cartoon. The motion controls made it feel incredibly real, like you were the one wielding the legendary Sword of the Goddess, slashing down your opponents one by one. It's storyline was fantastic, I really wanted to reach out and grab Zelda with my own hands as she fell into the dark tornado. Ultimately, it is one of the best games I have ever played, and I look forward to the released of Zelda for the Wii U next.

This is my favorite Zelda song hands down thanks to making this.

I never knew this was Zelda's lullaby backwards until i first listened to this a few hours ago.

Skyward Sword's main theme is perhaps the new and next main theme for future Zelda games, can be because the original we all know is beginning to be old and too well known. To say nothing of that this maybe the newest Main theme for the Zelda series because Skyward Sword came out as the 25th Anniversary for the Zelda franchise.

i feel like skyward sword gets a lot of hate and I don't know why. I personally love this game. Honestly, the game play, the music, the storyline, i just love everything about it. Definitely one of my favourite games of all time

I hope they orchestrate the Twilight Princess HD soundtrack or atleast Midnas Lament that one would sound probaly as epic as this the normal one already sounds epic imagine that with an live orchestra!

The game is by all means NO Twilight or Ocarina of time, but it's still has the beautiful Zelda music that makes the game so epic. So I still like it. Come on folks, remember this... it's the prequel to everything to come. Still... fucking Stamina Bar!!!!

Am I the only one who had a hard time with this game? I bound through Wind Waker with no problem and did the same with a good chunk of TP and OoT. I got to the location right before the 2nd dungeon of the game and I just couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do for about a half an hour. The dungeons aren't closed, they have typical Zelda dungeon setups. There are some hallways and mini-rooms that are all linked to one big room. You guys need to just take a chill-pill, stop letting nostalgia blind you, and realize that this is not a crappy game (and, in my opinion, is the best Zelda of all time).

Had to start playing this game today because I happened to hear this theme somewhere and it was so great. Then I learned right here that the melody is Zelda's Lullaby backwards, tried it myself in a wave editor, and it is that indeed. Amazing stuff.

The only reason I can think of that people could justify hating this game is it's actually responsive motion controls. I never had a problem with it, anyway, since I come into games that require you waggling your body around like scarecrow in a wind tunnel (okay, not really, it's actually pretty cool, but you know what I'm saying) with expectations of the console not really knowing how to respond to spasmic movements. That's partly why I did a ridiculous dance whenever I hit a ball in Kinect Sports 2. The motion control is, like I said, pretty reponsive. If it's not, maybe my constant recalibrating on my own instinct rather than the game telling me to is probably it. But regardless, it's probably my favorite game ever. Kudos Nintendo, for actually giving me little tidbits of personality I can choose to use rather than just project it on the absolute plank that is OOT Link (OOPSIE, DID I JUST SAY THAT OUT LOUD?). This Zelda fan approves.
