Wow this video and its comment section is like a time capsule. It's really cool to see everyone's speculations and excitement from back then. Totk comes out in less than a month and I'm rewatching these old botw reaction videos to fuel the hype. It's crazy to see how far the series has come and how much botw changed the game for zelda but also open world games more generally. It really did revitalize the series and made Zelda front and center in the video game spotlight again. I love this series.
I’m doing the same. Seeing these trailers and people’s reactions really takes me back. Just a week away from TotK now, and I’m very excited for it. Last time I was this hype for a game release was Smash Ultimate 4 years ago.
@NotEmilio As someone who owns both I'd say they're both fun. I had to buy the Wii U version at GameStop since the Switch version was not arriving for 3 more days and I didn't want to wait lol
"Many people from the media kept asking me if the footage from the new Zelda game for Wii U is just a promotional movie, but that really is actual gameplay on Wii U,"
+crash979797 you're a special kind of stupid aren't you ? I saw your other comment on an other comment thread and you don't know shit about video games advertising
Hey Ryan I have a question for you. What program do you use for to show the video box for trailers, gameplay and etc.? For when I start my Channel , I might do something a little different with it. Thanks One love. :)
The new Zelda would look amazing on a new portable by Nintendo. The Nvidia Tegra K1 has the same floating point performance as the Wii U, they should release a new handheld with that.
I’ve played ocarina of time, Majora’s mask, twilight princess and breath of the wild and consider myself a Zelda fan, most probably wouldn’t but I really don’t care Edit: spelling, majorca's to majora's
I've only played BOTW, Minish Cap, Link's Awakening (both the original and remake), and a good portion of LttP and WInd Waker, but I'd still consider myself to be a fan. Zelda is one of those series where you can be a fan without playing as many games if you follow the lore behind it.
Except it's not it follows up with the timeline after Twilight Princess. So no Even though Skyward Sword the game came out after Wind Waker and before Twilight Princess for release dates but not in the timeline and would have nothing to do with Skyward Sword.
Usually the reason people hate on majoras mask is because they don't realize that there is a song that slows down time so u have way more than enough time to do what u need to do before restating time and shit. U should give it another chance
Dude so true...I hated it the first time I played.... always restarting dugeons and ect but one day I decided to pick up the game. and play it again and actually listened to the scarecrow this time and the game was ten times more enjoyable game was so good in fact it became number two on my zelda game list...Great game haha but wish I learned the song the first time though.
*watches 2011 demo* “WOAH!” *4 years later, sees “2015”* “WOW! I can’t wait!” *two years later* “Are they gonna pull this “coming this/next year” bullshit again?” *sees it’s not delayed after 6 fucking years, gets it* “Eh it’s alright” *rates 4.5 stars and reviews:* “If I didn’t have to wait 6 fucking years for a game that was too long for me, and was just Nintendo’s version of Skyrim, I would rate it 5 stars!” *sees Skyrim release for switch, as well as champion tunic getup for Dovakhin* *PROCEEDS TO SHOOT FOOT*
Majora's Mask a bad game?!!! Whatever dude. Personally, I couldn't stand any of the games that came after Majora's Mask.....Twilight Princess had it's moments though. I have high hopes for this one however. But they have got to do better in the music department, that awkward Sesame Street sounding piano pounding during the chase with that mechanical thing was absolutely horrendous!
davo46 I didn't like MM so much. I found it kinda boring to go everywhere again and again and again...Boooring for me. Twilight Princess is my favourite.
TurKlack i can understand if you're not into the time mechanics of MM then yeah the game is probably not for you, but for me it made the world feel so much more alive. I also really enjoyed Twilight Princess :)
