is this still the strongest way to kill nightmare and primals. Compared to an elemental rex or legendary carno

It could have changed since I last played, but elemental creatures were useless against these bosses and the legendary carno will do the same bleed as the stego but doesn’t have the same damage reductions so it is harder to keep it alive
