THE LEGENDARY THREE-TIME TOUR CHAMPION: JESUS A. GARCIA, JR. 

The Mangaldan Pride, Jesus Aquino Garcia, Jr., is acclaimed in the Philippine cycling history as the three-time tour champion and the singing cyclist.
Also, the fourteenth Tour of Luzon titleholder is a sportswriter. He worked with the Guam Tribune, Sun-Star and Examiner.
The Filipino-American-Mexican rider is the son of a World War II veteran. Jess Garcia, Jr. migrated to Texas on 19 April 1978, after amassing several cycling accolades in the Philippines.
