After the recent wins on the Toyota side with their new vehicles, the exterior design on this are disappointing.

The LX's front seats not having the massage feature should be a simple software update. Why wouldn't the driver want that feature? Even if you are being chauffeured. You've already paid to have the feature anyway.

Nice SUV. Lexus is probably the best brand in the world at this point. Value, quality, and reliability. Hard to beat. Range Rover should be obsolete.

They moved away from the luxury and made it more sporty inside which I don’t like.

i absolutely love love love toyota and lexus above all other vehicles. however, they are deficient in one key area and that is size. They maybe small in Japan, but Americans are large in size, height and weight. so major major major problem is that these Japanese so called SUV's are large when in fact they are very compact and crammed interior. is it worth it for you? this is subjective opinion. But can you fit 6 large grown adults COMFORTABLY with 6 Large Suitcases in the Trunk? if the answer is no then its not a real SUV.
