So beautiful explanation! The mind is the most powerful tool and it is creating good thoughts or bad thoughts continuously. It is very essential for us to keep it clean always just like a gardener diligently removes weeds to ensure that flowers and plants can grow. We must regularly cleanse our minds of negative thoughts, emotions, and distractions. This helps us to cultivate a pure, focused, and serene mind, which is important for our personal and spiritual development and deeper connection with the divine.
Mind is the workshop of thoughts which produces good and bad habits. As Swamiji says if a man in joyful mood and some one whispered to his ear his all joy vanish away all of sudden. In the same way if any body was in deep agony if some one whisper to his ear his agony will disappear and get more happy. Because of thoughts every thing depends. Sant Tukaram's story was nicely narrated by Swamiji. We should harbour gd. thoughts and curb thev bad thoughts immediately So our heart should be cleansed accordingly to enable to do our austerity. Pranams to Swamiji

It's so true, the power of a controlled mind is immense, and understanding its intricacies is key to unlocking its full potential. I'm particularly interested in learning more about the relationship between the mind and thoughts - how can we differentiate between them and truly control the flow of our thoughts? The scriptures hold so much wisdom about mastering the mind, and I'm eager to delve deeper into those teachings. Thank you, Swami Ji, for sharing this series, it's truly enlightening and inspiring. I can't wait to see what you share in the next episode! My humble pranam at your lotus feet. Radhey Radhey🙏🙏

Very clear explanation of mind. The person who controlled his mind is the winner, who will never defeat by everyone. I loved this knowledge said by Adi Shankaracharya. I heard this from Swamiji long back. It impacted me greatly. With control mind, we can control our senses, we can control mental affliction like anger, greed, desire, hatred etc. Swamiji explained how to tend our garden called mind. We need to fertile it with positive and useful thoughts and weed out negative and unnecessary thoughts. It gives a fruit of divine and heroic nature. Beautiful comparison. By just tending our mind we can change ourselves to pure like saintly personality which God loves to reside.
Beautiful video. One who has controlled the mind is not disturbed by any kind of adversity, and for him there are no enemies. When mind is mastered even the bodily inflamations they cease. Beautiful lessons from the great saints.Thank you Swamiji.
#MIND, #CONSCIOUSNESS, #SUB CONSCIOUSNESS, #INTELLIGENCE, #HEART, #EGO ALL EXPLAINED SO WELL THRU REALISTIC EXAMPLE STORIES 👏👍👌🙏🙏🙏 THE BEST SWAMIJEE I EVER HEARD 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you Swamiji for this wonderful narration of Tukaram’s devotion to Vithalla .His faith had made him indifferent to adversity and he had no enemies and taught the same to Shastry . Let’s learn the same from Tukaram and from Swamiji’s book The Spiritual secrets of Hinduism 🙏
Everything starts from the mind! The state of mind can make us happy in bad situation and other way around!! So, fill your mind with positive and advantageous thoughts!! Thank you, Swami ji 🕉️
Radhey Radhey! Beautifully explained Swamiji - 4 aspecst of Mind - mann(mind), buddhi(intellect), chit(subconscious mind) and ahankar(ego). This explanation is very deep. The beautiful story of "manas pushpam" and Tukaram das explains how important role our mind plays in our spiritual journey. Thank you for guiding us relentlessly Swamiji. Our humble pranams at your lotus feet.
✨Grateful to Swamiji for sharing how the mind works! We can use the mind to create our best self, our best life. ✨Like his expression that our mind is the primary laboratory for self-improvement! Spiritual practice allows us to fight with the flow of thoughts in the mind, and force the mind inside to maintain uplifting, noble and devotional feelings and thoughts, regardless of outer circumstances.
Whatever we have that is God's property only, even our body as well, so what we can give him. The one which we need to give him is our impure mind with full faith that he will take care of it. God never expects anything from us. He is such a simple and innocent merchant who is always ready to give his all happiness and prosperity with us as an exchange of our dirty mind and heart. This statement of Swamiji's really moved my heart and helped me to take my mind to that supreme Lord. Thank you Swamiji for this wonderful talk.🙏🙏
The science of mind that creates thoughts is beyond the reach of modern men's intellect which is clearly explained in our scriptures. This is more than sufficient to explain the power of God.
Mind is the actual doer of the work. Even if we are reading and our mind is somewhere else we cannot comprehend the knowledge . A controlled mind is a prerequisite for success in both material as well as in the spiritual realm.
Powerful mind controls all , we need to cultivate it like the garden and take the bad thoughts out like weeds. This will help us progress in our Bhakti 🙏
What an amazing video on the mind, the 4 aspects of it and the different classifications of it in our sacred texts. Such a complex topic, yet Swami Ji explains it so simply that we are able to comprehend. We need to tend to our mind with positive thoughts as it can be our best friend or worst enemy depending on whether we took care of it or not!
Such an inspiring lecture on the power of a controlled mind. Thank you 🙏 Swamiji in explaining so effectively how one’s mind can be made either a garden or vice versa and so are the 3 gunas. Story of Saint Tuka Ram and how his own revered Pandit went on to becoming his disciple was eye opening.
Mind is the most subtle and the most powerful tool. It has to be used to create divine thoughts to make our lives more meaningful and servitude to God.
Mind is the root cause of bondage and liberation. Mind, intellect, chitt, ahankar are different aspects of the ethereal heart. Constantly the mind changes from sat to rajo to tamo guna and vice versa. We have to cultivate the art of cleaning the mind regularly by positive and noble thoughts. To control over the mind we need to know our higher purpose, true values of life, think according to guide of true Guru ❤❤
This series on spiritual secrets from the Hindusim is really filling our minds with the purest knowledge from the scriptures through swamiji. God sent great souls like Swamiji to make us awake from ignorance and walk towards light of knowledge. From this video, I learnt that how saints like Tukaram said that one whose mind is controlled cannot be disturbed from any kind of adversity. my biggest takeaway from this video is everyoneof us should put effort to control our mind and don't leave it like a garden with full of weeds. WE should take care of our mind just like how gardner take care of garden.
So glad that we have this good fortune to know about Vedic psychology which can offer to mankind with the tools to sublimate themselves to greatest of the altitudes in their lives.
Explained very nicely by Swami ji , The mind is very powerful organ that think both positive thought and negative thought, So control your mind live better. Radhe Radhe
Nature of mind, the difference between the senses and the mind, what is mind and what is the actual cause of liberation and bondage. Thank you guruji it was really excellent and timeless wisdom in this video
I learnt a lot even tho there was a lot I didn’t understand but I’ve been on my own journey and had many of these secrets revealed to me I haven’t had much speaking to the divine but enough to understand thanks for all your work and videos may the divine continue to shine down on you ❤️✨
Great lesson and insight! Mastering the mind must be our main goal in this human birth. Before reacting to anything, watch your mind and see it as a separate entity from you. Tell the mind is this really necessary now to react the way it is planning to? Ofcourse not. God has given us such potential that we can even understand intellect mind etc., but we are drowned in material world. Let us take inspiration from this video and start mastering our mind
Excellent and profound explanation by Swamiji on the topic of the mind.. Mind is a powerful machine given to us by God. It is very unruly and turbulent, However, when we learn to control our mind, it can make us accomplish the highest goal of our life, to reach God.
Our mind is the cause of bandage and liberation. If we can control our mind we can not be affected by happiness or misery. Our mind creates thoughts. We need to manage these thoughts.
We should not blindly follow whatever the mind says because at present it is impure and uncontrolled. If we do so then it becomes the worst enemy. When the same mind is purified through Bhakti and spiritual practices, then it listens to us and becomes our best friend. Till such time we should check what the mind says with the scriptures and reject those thoughts which are not in consonance with them.
I learnt that one who has conquered his mind has conquered the whole world....Nobody is responsible for our happiness or distress...all of these are manufactured in our own mind factory. In Vogobod Gita Lord Sri Krishna also told Arjuna about this...one who has controlled his mind, mind becomes his best friend...but who could not do this ,mind is his worst enemy. Hare Krishna.
Mind is like a Garden It is given us by God. We need to continuously fertilize it with good, noble thoughts. We need to control our mind removing the negative thoughts.
