Honored to have met and worked with this brother. Always respectful and genuine. This was a terrible loss for the community and anyone who knew Lil Sodi. If you've ever met him, you’d never forget him or his energy and passion as long as you’re alive. Rest in peace good brother. 🕊️- G-Wiz
Thank you for making this for us. I was shocked to find out, just tonight, that Lil Sodi had died. I worked on the case for his son's death in the apartment fire and got to know the man. In 2020, when COVID was raging and there was so much violence and other stuff going on in LA, I called him from my personal phone, not the law firm phone, to check on him a few times, just as a person who cared about his situation and not as an employee of the firm. He could not have been nicer and was okay with that. I was proud of him for the work he was doing to unite. I don't work for that firm anymore, but tonight I thought I would Google and check in on him, see how he's doing. Terribly sad to see that he's gone. He's with his boy Ja'Zay now. Again, thank you for putting this together and helping me learn more about him. RIP James Simpson III/Lil' Sodi.
I was in YA with my boy..2006.2007..YTS...YandZunit... My boy was for real caught all fades with enemies. Myself and all the other South Siders there had respect for him. Rest in peace, little sodi... Shout out to my boy g rock, he was there, too.
I like all your videos bro your research and narration is better than anybody I ever heard so keep doing what your doing homie your not just good but your great at it 💯💯💯
I'm a keep it real..sodi made the truce between 60 and 83 look like it could be possible one day...if sodi had the power to end the war he would have ended the beef
I was part of making the Gangstas Got Next GTA music video. Realest dude I’ve ever did work for 💯 I was heartbroken when I heard he died the night of. He even reached out to me after my own car wreck and wished me well. Real nigga, on my soul 💯
I never heard of Lil Sodi, it's really sad. When men like him, Pac and Nipsey die young our communities are hurt bc had they been able to grow older they would've been part of making real change..a mayor, activist, city councilman etc their leadership and voice will be missed by many who need it the most😢 RIP Lil Sodi
Man wtf I don't know man if I lost my son I wouldn't really care if I lost my life rest in power much love to your pops your brother all that Trey in peace OG Sidewinder your son and you just some bad news man f***
R.i.p cuz man my home boys saw him at the hood day in New Jersey cuz i found out he died when one of the bigs posted the picture he had with him shit crazy
R.i.p. young brother from illladelphia🫡. Lil sodi always came across 2 me as very sincere and humble. Talk about having no chance with both your parents being gangbangers. Endless cycle of destruction in his community. Imagine what he could have achieved if he didn't have 2 face death every day, and if he had more opportunities like others who are not in that environment.🥲🙏✌️✊️
We still not getting the real story on his passing, accident is just not enough, that's the same thing that happened to shawty lo..... RIP LIL SODI, S A REAL STAND UP GUY
@@aarontownsend8014not true, he was killed in a car accident on the freeway along with his uncle. My family literally picked up his body to take to the morgue.
Sodi was leaving TINY SOLO aka LIL MICKEY MEADOWS THE PRINCE OF THE 83’s funeral which was on 83 hood day…. Him and Al Capone were in the car together it was a very long and emotional day THAT day but it actually turned out GREAT until everyone woke up the next morning 8/4/23 and learned about the crash💔💔💔
Damn yea he did beat young buck up and that was recently smh that's crazy he just passed like that. RIP lil sodi and I'ma listen to his back to the 80s project tho
U can never die too early if ur over 18 that’s the way of life rather die young than old af shitting on myself in a hospital. Death is righteous and respected no matter what
