A true legend of the Australian music scene. The Easybeats were ahead of their time and Steve Wright gave them the voice.

Bloated and in poor health Stevie did his book launch at Magpie Music in Bega. How he got back on stage after shock therapy is a testament to his natural ability. His carer Fay deserves a medal.

I was perhaps one of the youngest Easybeats fanatics. I used to spend any available money I had playing Sad Lonely and Blue on the local juke box. I thought more of the Easies than even the Beatles. Such a great band. I would have killed to have been able to see them play live. Steve Marriott and Stevie Wright on Good Times is such an unbelievably terrific combination. Both gone. And Georgie gone too. Snowie, Harry and Dick you can be rightly proud of what you achieved. Thanks guys. What a great band!

Thank you for doing Stevie Wright 🥳 I LOVE him so much! ❤His performance of Evie at the Concert of the Decade at the Sydney Opera House in 1979 was a highlight for sure 🥰 I didn't realize he suffered so much throughout his life 💔 RIP legend 🙏

Didn't know Steven passed away,Friday on my mind was one of my favorite songs, I believe he was only 17yrs old when he sang that song😢
