It is painful and funny that so many people judge different things and still guilty of so many others, 😂😂😂😂😂. I learnt alot , she is really outspoken, sound and fluent..Take your flowers Doyin 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Am not judging. But let’s be clear on what the bible says. Ephesians 6:12 King James Version 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Proverbs 14:12-16 KJV. There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, But the end thereof are the ways of death. Genesis 1:27. So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Changing ur sex is a total disobedience to God, in doing so you are automatically telling God he made a mistake putting you in the body he gave u. Yes God still loves us but we need to repent and accept his ways and love
I have listened to so many trans individuals from other countries especially US and UK and I must say deevah did a good job by answering correctly. I also understand Doyin was trying to be nice and respectfully, I would have loved her to ask more intense questions.
Wow, that was a very insightful episode. DOYIN thank you for always talking on controversial issues, the things some people are afraid to talk about because they're afraid of being attacked and denounced.
@@opocoyo Yeah. We Africans speak really bad English. I know many Romanians and Polish people who were never colonised by the UK, have never travelled out of their country, and yet speak far better English than our African professors. We keep making excuses and now we are looked down upon for having a low average IQ.
Interesting conversation!!! 💯 And I’d like to say this: Queer people do not need to “bring something to the table” to be respected. They don’t need to be educated. They don’t need to be accomplished or professionals. They can be illiterate, poor, jobless, sex workers, live with disability and still deserve respect. They can make their sexuality and gender identity their whole life and will still deserve as much respect. Let us divorce ourselves from this tired rhetoric that is often spread by homophobes who say “my problem is that you make it your whole life”. Non-queer people make their sexuality their whole lives. Non-queer people model their whole lives around their orientation and gender. Why can’t queer people do the same without wahala???
The categories of people you have listed: poor, illiterate, jobless, sex workers, disabled etc are not receiving respect regardless of sexual orientation, even those who are heterosexual in those categories do not receive respect. Also, rather than worry about respect for some of the categories, most especially poor and sex workers, we should be trying to get rid of or significantly decrease those categories. Most or all poor people don't want to be respected and poor, they want to no longer be poor. Also, in my estimation, most sex workers have been sexually abused and are also poor and only do sex work as means of survival. It is dangerous work and not uplifting to the spirit.
Really nice watching. Happy to see an eloquent Trans Nigerian. Trans women at the moment can't really carry children. Uterine transplant is more of a hypothesis for a biological Male. I love the open conversation.
@@TheLatinoShow Where did you get this information from. if it has been in existence since the olden days as you say, why are African nations speaking against it.
Feedback for the host, please do your homework on areas you're not familiar with prior to bringing guests out so as not to offend or harm them by lack of knowledge. Great interview othwrwise.
This is very nice I see all these women in the comments commending him, we need more trans women in Nigeria, they need to get into sports and teach women how it's done, they also need to get into beauty pageants see how fine he looks even finer than the host, they should pack all the beauty pageant awards, I love this, the patriarchy stay winning. Awon ode gbo gbo
@@charliayoung2229i hope you know he’s being sarcastic because this is what happens in the west trans winning beauty pageants, competing in women’s sports, entering women’s bathroom and yet nobody bats an eye because they are supposedly oppressed.
The conversation just spiraled in the end to the "child " 😂😂 cant you see that these things are adult issues ??? What's the place of a child in this conversation please ..... Live your life's and let kids be kids.
You’re not wrong. The law in Nigeria does not punish cross dressing, transgenders but homosexuality. But if a trans woman (a biological male) commits sexual acts with a biological man, that’s homosexuality and is punishable in Nigeria.
For something as simple as water, we have river, pond, stream, spring, ocean, sea, etc. All efforts to differentiate and respect the ways water occurs. Then, when it comes to gender it's just female and male only. Omo, it seems quite lazy to me. There's obviously much more to gender. Even the hatred is strange, too. They're just different. Shouldn't be that big of a deal tbh.
Please you guys stop this nonsense. Nigeria doesn't have mentally ill people with western problems. You all are trying to get small money from abroad i know Nigeria is hard but this nonsense should not be allowed or encouraged
