She won't. Blood Devil would reincarnate, but it needs to find another corpse to be a Blood Fiend again as Power's body is no longer available (she's literally dead DEAD after she gave all of her blood to Denji). The new Blood Fiend won't be like Power in term of appearance and personality, but Denji promised to make them acts like Power later
Just to clear things up, the 4 horsemen are stronger than most primordial fears and pochita never died but escaped through a door to earth, also denji had no control when pochita went into his true form, that was all pochita fufilling his dream.
Beside, that's not Pochita true form, because you can see that his real body is still acting like the heart of that tanky Chainsaw Man. He's just taken over Denji body and i think that might be Denji's power up in the future. And the thing is, even when it's completely separated from the body, Pochita as a heart can still regenerate all of them in an instant. Denji's body get destroy does not break the contract between these two, another notable buff.
What are you talking about? The hierarchy is supposed to be: 1. Primordial Fears (They never experience die and never leave Hell because of it. In Falling Devil's case, she doesn't come to Earth due to being reincarnated like others, but she visited Earth by opening a Hell door, just like Pochita, Makima and the rest of Horsemen did before) 2. Pochita (it's not confirmed yet if Pochita is just a Chainsaw Devil or he's also one of Primordial Fears due to his unique ability to erased everything he eats, so at this point, Pochita is below every Primordial Fears) 3. Four Horsemen (They're obviously strong, but not as strong as two above, even Makima of all people ran away from Darkness Devil while she had literally 127 million lives at that time) 4. Gun Devil (20% of its destruction was unbearable, but could easily defeated by Makima)
Primal fear devils are still the strongest. 4 horsemen probably could top them with prep-time and planning, but the difference is - primal fears never ever died and can freely appear both on earth and hell.

I feel like if denji had like more experience with his powers he could do more damage to his enemies I mean to be honest he’s sort of like devil man he’s earned the respect of humans I’m proud of that and his true chainsaw form is so metal (get it😂😂😂)
I just noticed when the part were in a train, Makima got shot the guy who is right next to her got shot as well but there was no bullet that went through him and then I learned that she had made a contract when she gets killed another person gets killed and takes her place making her live again
I do hope Denji will have a happy ending with either Nayuta, Asa, Reze or Kobeni once part 2 or part 3 of Chainsaw Man ends. That boy has been through a lot of crap in his life, losing his mother to a heart defect, growing up poor, being abused by his alcoholic father, having to kill said father in self defense, being forced to work for the Yakuza to pay off his father’s debt, never going to school, being killed by the zombie devil, Kobeni trying to kill him, Himeno almost committing statutory rape with him, falling in love with Reze only for her to try and kill him and admitting that she never loved him, having to kill his friend Aki after he was possessed by the gun devil, watching Makima kill Power right in front of him, being tortured and ordered never to be chainsaw man again and dealing with depression.
Once the manga started I kinda lost track on who makima and what was going on. it got confusing I hope they animate it so I could understand it more unless someone would like to give me a talk about it 😂❤

It would be cool if the reason the chainsaw devil is super strong is because the devils fear him so it gives him even more strength like: A devil stronger then him is scared of him so the chainsaw devil is like 10x stronger
