A misconception people often have is of Buddhist monks. We see them on TV, in movies, hear about them in books and see beautiful pictures of them in Asia.
However; who are Buddhist monks? What do monks do? Why do monks wear the robes? What do monks eat? These are some of the questions we get often.
In this video, I wanted to give a brief overview of who we actually are. How do we train ourselves and how do we look at the world.
This is the life of a Buddhist monk!
