In this video, I unbox the Lift Box Monthly Subscription that arrived at the end of December. What's in the box =)
I keep trying to decide if I want to keep my subscription boxes. On one hand, I like the "surprise" element, but on the other, I probably don't use about a third of what comes in the box. So at that point, are they worth it? What are your thoughts?

Just got my first box after receiving a free box for the first month. I'm honestly horribly disappointed. It's almost entirely just snacks and a shirt. This is embarrassing. I was hoping to try some new pre workouts or get some cool gesr i wouldn't think to buy myself, etc. The only "supplements" in the box were a fake pre workout and a 5-day trial of SST Performix pills. This is nuts. I can't believe people pay $40/month for this garbage.

@TheCloggingGardener So there's a link where you can see exactly what was in the box for the month. RU-vid won't let me post it, but I believe you'd be able to find it through searching. I allowed one more box to be delivered before canceling. Same thing. Shirt, 1 trial supplement... then snacks on snacks. I don't think there's any decent boxes out there. I was hoping they'd gain partners with companies wantng to get their products out there and give a decent amount of trial pre/post workouts and things like that. They did partner... but basically with all snack companies... all of which are presented as healthy, but it is unbelievably processed junk. It's the illusion of healthy.

What’s the best protein snacks you’ve found? I’ve been trying to eat 140-180g a day so finding high protein and low sugar/carb snacks is hard. Meals are easy just finding that good company! Thanks!
