How, as adults, do we navigate taking responsibility for our choices/actions if we are occasionally regressing to reflexive responses that did not receive Co-Regulation and have difficulty finding it for themselves in the moment? Practice? What in our nervous system allows us to recall the navigational path to a more kind and loving outcome?
