@thegreekgod2288 except it’s not out yet so you just lied for no reason😂. even critics who went in to early screenings expecting to hate it are praising halle’s casting and performance
I saw the trailers. Looking forward to it! I love the part where after Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian are fired from their university they start a ghostbusting company.
Am I the only who thinks that they did a bad job casting Prince Eric? I was watching the previews and he just seems really bland and boring. He has the same expression on his face and he looks like he has no charisma. Idk 🤷🏻♀️ I know not everyone likes the casting of Ariel but at least Halle is stunning and just has that overall charm that she brings to the character.
Why are you hateful people stalking every interview, post, piece of content for this movie if you’re so against it? You people are addicted to this film
This will fail. The soul purpose of it being adapted was diversity/representation, nothing more. You now have all these poor unfortunate soul's crying about their childhood, that all they ever wanted was to see themselves as a mermaid on screen 😂
The movie hasn’t come out so what are you basing this on? Critics who have seen the movie are praising Halle Bailey’s performance, some saying she could earn award nominations. Critics who were openly against her casting are now admitting she’s the perfect Ariel. Get a grip loser and stop stalking a movie you claim not to care about and spreading your negativity.
What is woke about this? Because a black woman was cast? If so you’re the definition of racist. You people always say the best person for the job should get the job until the best person isn’t white. The director saw Halle perform at the grammys and cried during her performance. He knew in that moment she was Ariel and called her to audition and cried during her audition too. Afterwards he still had 1000s of you women audition, including white women, and he said himself NONE of them surpassed Halle’s talent. The best person for the role got the role. Cry harder and stop bullying this young woman for being talented. Keep your negativity away.
Better to pick someone who can actually sing, and look beyond their race, instead of casting a non singing red head white woman just to please you ignorant ass racists. Stay Mad!
