Ellis made a mermaid cake! This cake is inspired by Disney's new The Little Mermaid movie. Have you seen The Little Mermaid yet? We love the original The Little Mermaid, The Little Mermaid 2, and this new live version with Halle Bailey! I am amazed at how well done it was. It might be the hardest Disney movie to bring to life considering it had to look like it was under the water!
This mermaid cake took about 5 hours to make and the first thing Ellis wanted to do after she finished it was take a bite of course! Ellis loves making fondant figurines for her cakes and she loves eating her fondant creations even more.
