The Living Brain [Spider-Man Comic Dub] - ASM Issue 8 

I love this channel, please keep doing this amzing spiderman series

I was reading the later half of this story with human torch & wondered if anyone agreed or not, but Spider-Man seemed super out of character. Him being mean to Johnny storm from the beginning for no reason is weird, especially when considering the fact that the last time they canonically met, Spider-Man was thanking him for giving him the extra motivation to stop doc ock.

It's stupid how they think the machine will tell them who Spiderman is as if (unlike today) it had info on all the kids in the school. Also stupid how he magically translates their ideas into mathematical symbols yet he needs to take the little paper home to decode it. My main complaint about older comics is how little they care to make the story reasonable (yes I know we are dealing with a guy with spider powers lol). They also are so prone to tie everything together neatly at the last moment with some extremely lucky "coincidence" to avoid having to print more pages or think too deeply about how to conclude things. I remember at the end of Avengers #1 (along with some odd coincidences) they all just decide "hey let's be a team" out of nowhere and suddenly Hulk decides he is ok with them all and tired of running from them and joins despite saying things to the contrary the entire comic. They really misjudged the potential for adult readers and think the kids just don't care about cutting corners. But I still like the old stuff. Older Spiderman holds up pretty well

I appreciate your videos a lot. They have gotten better too. My only advice is that you should pause occasionally when switching scenes or when there would be a pause in general. Also there have been a few times where you didn't really emphasize exclamation marks and I had to pause and go back for the words to make sense (not so much in this one). Like I said I love the work and hope you continue making these. Just trying to help mostly.
