Saturday 14th September at Parsonage Side Trance & Physical Mediumship centre with Mediumistic Trance Painter - Jose Medrado
A live demonstration of healing, trance, concluded with an auction for the 7 paintings.
All money goes to Medrado's orphanage supported by Cidade da Luz in Brazil.
We started off the evening with an introduction with a video of the orphanage in Brazil which describes the work effort, the needs and also a gallery of Medrados work. Followed by a demonstration of healing. By holding the hands and everyone connected a link was formed. 3-4 sitters were sat down, whilst Jose and his assistants was either side. Healing was sent.
Soon we could all smell this burning smell which was the smell of ectoplasm coming from the cosmic doctors who work with the healing. Jose Medrado doesn't speak English, so he had a translator for the talk and Q&A before he started, describing how he works and what happens.
The music was played which was some gentle, but energetic music to get Medrado into the flow and allow the spirits to come through and paint him, as he describes the human-paintbrush.
We all watched as his faced changed, and his body reacted to the energy like having electric shocks. He previously explained it was like when you hit your elbow the funny bone and get a shock. I saw the energy around his aura changed to a blue/purple and could see the painters coming in molding themselves to his body and working together.
With the help of his two assistants Inge and his translator Miralida, it was a fast paced great painting session
The painting was fast, allowing the spirit artists to all have a go. With no previous painting experience or any knowledge of art,
The way I see it, its like the painters (spirits) had preplanned every painting like a grid, knowing exactly what to paint, and when. All this requires organization and teamwork prior to the session.
They say that the paints contain ectoplasm, which could not only be smelt during the session, but also no flash photography as this can startle the medium.
Medrado and the spirit artist team successfully completed 7 paintings in about an hour. The time to make the paintings was said to be a maximum for an hour.
All paintings was auctioned within the next 30minutes by the 25 sitters on site.
