OHMSS and TLD are my all time favourite Bond Scores !! So Barry/ Bond ! Barry totally understood Bond ! If only he Scored G/E with Brosnan as the new Bond ! And Craigs movies too ....imo . He would have brought so much energy introducing a new Bond as he did with the others, imho ! I don't understand why Eric Serra was hired for GE ??? No idea at all ! Being different doesn't mean its better!! Barry could / would have introduced a New Bond with a new theme, / signature sound ..no problem at all !
this was a truly great piece of film sound track i remember seeing this at the Manchester Odeon in the summer of 1987 ans seeing it again about a month later at the Cannon in #Amsterdam i can nor seem to get this on CD
Would love it if you could make a mix with these two, Ice Chase and the and any other tracks sharing the same leitmotifs for a nice long 20min track or something. What you did here is outstanding.
